I do volunteer work for a rural hospital in southern Zambia. It is my intention to provide birth doula services to women in maternity shelters near the hospital as a volunteer when I next return to Zambia, which I am tentatively planning for 2024. I sit on the board of the Global Welfare Association (GLOWA) in Cameroon, Africa. This organization is engaged in the fight to end human trafficking.

Fee Details
My standard birth package includes two prenatal meetings, 24/7 attendance at the birth, and one postpartum visit. An additional meeting focused on postnatal preparation can be added for an additional cost. Further, I am certified in the Body Ready Method, a system that prepares the prenatal body, through balance, strength, and resilience for an optimal pregnancy, birth, and recovery. BRM sessions can be added to the birth package or purchased separately.
