I am a Certified Birth Doula through DONA International. I am a Certified Body Ready Method® Practitioner, and trained in Spinning Babies techniques, advocacy, birthing rights, trauma informed care, and maternal physiology. I have been attending births as a professional doula since 2018. I work extensively with my clients prenatally, in order to comprehensively support their research, planning and physiology goals. I offer robust birth plan guides for all avenues of birth (physiologic, cesarean, induction, etc), and guidance in preparing for all things birth and postpartum. I offer personalized bio-mechanical tools and awareness points to optimize comfort in pregnancy, efficiency in the birth journey, and a smoother postpartum recovery. I am a skilled advocate for the birthing person, and strategize with the entire birth team to ensure a positive and pleasurable birth journey.
