I cannot express how much Vanessa helped me as I adjusted to becoming a first time mom.
In January 2024 I moved to College Station, Texas with my 2 month old and husband after living in NY my entire life. Thankfully, I had seen Vanessa's Instagram and website and reached out to her to get some support in place while I made this huge adjustment. Vanessa quickly became a confidant, friend, and support while I struggled with postpartum healing and those wacky hormonal shifts that make you feel so out of sorts, all while trying to learn how to care for a newborn. It is a decision I will never regret, nor forget, as she doesn't just care for the baby, she cares and supports mamas, too.
To be honest, I struggled with a baby who was difficult to get to sleep and would constantly bring up milk. Vanessa, with all her experience, quickly helped us get my daughter on a nap and sleep schedule that she thrived on, and figured out that she was having reflux issues, showing us techniques to keep her comfortable and fed. These are things that made a huge difference for me even on the days when Vanessa was not physically with us. Additionally, the nights when Vanessa would help were such a relief for some much needed uninterrupted stretches of sleep. On the days she would provide support, I would take the time to sleep in, shower, wash my hair, and just have a moment for myself. She insists on it, and that self care makes a huge difference.
If you are wondering whether Vanessa's services and support would make a difference in your transition to motherhood, 100% she will. I am currently expecting baby number 2 and if Vanessa was an option here, I would undoubtedly be seeking her support again. She is there for you when you feel alone, frustrated, emotional, whatever the feeling, her calming presence, knowledge, and experience is an asset to have in post-partum recovery.

Asking Vanessa to come help us during the first two weeks after the baby arrived was one of the best decision we made postpartum. She is extremely caring, thoughtful, and professional with her previous postpartum nurse experience. We've learned a lot of baby soothing and caring skills from her (Our baby loves her a lot!). She also shared local support groups information for breastfeeding and brought in postpartum education booklets to us ahead of time, which really ease our minds before the baby arrived. She always went above and beyond everytime she came to our home and even brought homemade soups for postpartum mama. I am very grateful to know her as a local support/ resoure whenever we have quetions for our baby girl, and hope we can have more postpartum dulas as her locally in our area. I truly recommend her 100% to all the postpartum moms/ family who needs professional helps and warm support.

Vanessa was wonderful! She was prompt, professional, and made me feel surprisingly more comfortable than I expected! We used her for overnight services when my husband had to get up extra early for work one day and we were struggling with newborn sleep. She stayed up the whole night, took great care of our son, and even finished a load of laundry for us! It was such a gift.

Vanessa is a kind & sweet gentle spirit. She's extremely caring & loving. She puts other people's needs above hers & she's very knowledgeable on anything nursing & pregnancy/ labor & delivery related.
When I had pregnancy questions she was always there to answer & give me reassurance & peice of mind. As a first time mom having her in my life has been such a blessing.
when I went into labor she knew exactly what I needed to do & gave me advice on how to listen to my body & have a quick & easy delivery.
Now being pregnant with baby number two I will for sure have her there again for my labor. She's amazing at what she does & her calm & gentle spirit is exactly what I'll need for an easy labor.
I definitely recommend her to anyone out there who needs an amazing doula.

I am planning to use Vanessa as my postpartum doula. I have been Vanessa's friend for a few years and I can honestly say she is the nicest most caring person I know. Her energy and the Holy Spirit in her immediately calm any room she walks into. I have never seen her frazzled or upset even when facing difficult circumstances. I swear if I had Vanessa with me everywhere I went I'd never stress again. This is exactly why she is the perfect doula. She's non-judgmental and always knows what to say to cheer me up. Because of her relationship with God and prophetic giftings she intuitively knows what someone needs without them having to ask. I could not recommend her more highly!
