We loved working with Beth! She was an incredible support as I was laboring. She helped me stay present and work through the harder contractions. Her presence felt so comforting! She was so helpful and I am so happy we had her with us.

We had Beth as our doula when our daughter was born in October 2022.  Both my husband and I felt that having Beth be a part of our birth team was incredibly helpful!

During our pre-birth meetings, Beth was a wealth of knowledge. As first-time parents, she helped us discuss our wishes for different scenarios to make sure we always had a plan, even if things didn’t go with our Plan A.

She was mindful of my preferences and took note of them so that during the birth I wasn’t blindsided or distracted with any suggestions. She also taught my husband different techniques to help ease my discomfort in late pregnancy and for early labor. Beth was very responsive to any questions I had outside of our meeting times.

When it came time for my daughter to be born, my baby decided to come very quick. Even with the quick labor, Beth was an important part in helping me feel in control of my birth. She was able to also capture some photos immediately after my daughter was born that we will cherish forever!

We would absolutely love to have Beth be our doula again whenever baby #2 comes along and would highly recommend her!
