I have received a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan. I am a licensed master social worker. I have been an individual trauma therapist and couples therapist for over three years, with experience in community mental health care and group practice.

My name is Kate (she/her). I am a queer psychotherapist and full spectrum doula. I am so excited to be on this journey with you! I am passionate about providing birth support at home and in the birthing center or hospital. I will provide you with grounding support as you labor and birth, trusting you to guide the process with your own innate knowing. The fourth trimester is a sacred time to move slowly, heal, and then connect with your new baby. During this period of transition into parenthood, it is so important to follow your own inner guidance and wisdom, while others care for you. I am here to support you as you navigate this journey by providing emotional and physical support, newborn care, and household support. I believe birth and postpartum support should be equitable and accessible. Please contact me to discuss payment options.
