I want to say THANKS to Polina for being with us on such an important day for our family. Thanks for the thorough preparation and support at all stages before and after. Her professionalism, care and attention made the birth of our princess even more special. Polina has a very good sense of when to give the initiative to my husband and when to take it into her experienced hands. This day brought my husband and I to a new level of mutual understanding. Polina translated every phrase of the medical staff for me without laziness. This was one of my fears - not to understand what was happening. Thanks to Polina for calmly accepting my decision and not insisting on "how it is right" or "how it should be." Everything did not go according to plan, but now I know that the plan does not work in this matter. An unexpected and very pleasant bonus was the photos and videos of our entire process. I had no time for this. But it's very cool to review these moments now. To tears! I am happy that Polina helped us meet our princess.

Our doula became a real support during the birth of our child.  From the very beginning, she helped us prepare, gave us advice on breathing and pain relief, and was an indispensable source of calm and reassurance during the birth itself.  She was always there, supported my wife, and at the same time helped me understand how I could be useful.  Thanks to her, I felt confident and calm at this important moment in our lives.  We are sincerely grateful for her help and human warmth."

We had Polina as our doula for my first ever birth experience. I studied the topic of birth carefully and came to a conclusion that I want everything to go as naturally and with as few interventions as possible. I was also well aware that all my decisions had to be backed by a sufficient scientific evidence. Polina helped me meet both of those goals. She was always on my side and always did whatever I would have wanted to have the best birth experience I could possibly wish for.
Polina is also a very nice, compassionate and easy-going person, so she had no problem forming a connection with us and my midwife, so they coordinated so well together when the time came.

Additionally, Polina speaks Russian and Ukrainian. It was very important to have someone who spoke my language in such a sensitive situation as childbirth, so I really appreciated that.

We are always one text away, both during my pregnancy and now - postpartum.

It has been a pleasure to have Polina with us and having her share the joy of welcoming out baby girl. Thank you so much Polina!

When I was 5 months pregnant, I realized that I didn't know anything about healthy pregnancy and childbirth. And this ignorance makes me afraid. After consulting with my husband, I decided that we needed a doula. Friends advised Polina. With her, we completed a course to prepare for childbirth and the postpartum period. The course was very useful, as it turned out that we didn't know or understand a lot. I am very grateful to Polina for her support before childbirth, during and after childbirth. I could call Polina anytime for support, advice, or just a chat. 

Don't listen to anyone and take a doula, a professional childbirth assistant will come in much more handy than a husband or girlfriend.

I just want to express so much gratitude to our doula Polina. She is very professional and truly an amazing person. I’m so happy we decided to have doula for our labour. It was the best investment ever. Polina is so knowledgeable, kind and patient. She helped me and my husband during the labour every single step of the way. My labour was almost 30 hours, and she never left my side. So much love, care and support.

We also took her pre and post pregnancy courses, which were very well structured and informative. Even after delivery she still supports me and answers all my questions. She is an inspiration! We thank you a million, Polina.

I finally decided to write a thank you note to Polina! Thank you from our little family, you and what you do is priceless! I didn’t regret one bit that I chose you as a guide, I trusted you completely and lived this journey without worries! Only after a while, I realized what work and responsibility it is! You did everything for me as we planned, special thanks for preparing my husband too! My birth took place naturally (and I was so afraid and worried about it, because by nature I am an alarmist) but thanks to your complete support during childbirth, my pulse did not rise a bit from beginning to end! Even though we didn’t know each other before, you did everything to make me feel you as the person closest to me! I didn't doubt you at all! Thank you so much for your support, reassurance, preparation, this is the least I can say, I cannot describe all the gratitude in words! Polina, you are always in my heart, the guide of our little angel ??

Polina, my husband and our little daughter and I want to thank you for being by our side in such a beautiful period of our lives, I already told you that choosing you as our doula was the best decision. Thanks to you, our birth was simply incredible, we remember this day as the happiest of our lives. Your support and kind words, help with massage, breathing and all the rituals, a reminder that very soon we will meet our daughter, filled me with peace, endorphins, relaxation and, of course, strength, which ultimately made my birth so wonderful. I can talk about them for hours with a smile and tears of happiness in my eyes!

 I would like all girls who are going to give birth to know that you can and should prepare for childbirth, and it is very important to have a person like you on this beautiful day, who will be by your side every second and who knows how to support you and help you properly!

 I am infinitely happy that you were around!

 Thanks to You, I can now confidently say that childbirth is not about pain, it is not about fear, it is not about suffering.

 Childbirth is about Happiness, Hope and Love!

I started working with Polina during my second pregnancy. Since after the first birth there was a huge fear of the birth itself. We started working somewhere around the 28th week of pregnancy and at the first meeting we discussed all my fears and worries. With each session, I gained more and more knowledge about pregnancy itself, childbirth and postpartum recovery, and my fears receded with each meeting. I advise all my pregnant friends to take a course with Polina in order to understand exactly how to behave in contractions, pushing, after childbirth, in order to maintain their health and the health of the baby, as Polina tells how to help the baby not only in the mother’s tummy, but and after childbirth and gives knowledge about breastfeeding! I sincerely believe that I gave birth to a healthy daughter thanks to the knowledge that I received in the lessons with Polina, for which I am infinitely grateful to her!!!
