When I decided I wanted to pursue an unmedicated hospital birth, I felt like I would need the support of a doula in order to accomplish it. My husband was initially hesitant and unsure whether this was needed, but following the birth he said there was no way we could have done it without a doula. A support of a doula is so reassuring, but Chelsea specifically served us so well with her honesty, forethought, and intentionality. She was able to know and react to what I needed before I could even ask. She was kind and supportive, helping support my husband in his role as well. It was such a blessing to have her as a part of our birth and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to use a doula.

From our very first phone call I had with Chelsea I just knew she was going to be a part of our journey!

We have had a long road of infertility and loss and I knew that we needed someone on our team who would be there for us and help us be informed on any decision we needed to make. Chelsea answered every question we had and helped us come up with a birth plan that we felt confident in.

Like a lot births we had to change part of our birth plan but we felt great about every decision that we made while I was in labor.

I can’t recommend Chelsea enough and we are just so thankful to have found her! ??

While my birth story did not go as planned, one thing that was constant was Chelsea. She was always available when I needed her and was truly so helpful throughout pregnancy and even postpartum. 

My husband and I felt prepared for a natural birth because of the help and resources Chelsea provided. When things went crazy, Chelsea was a calm and constant presence. She was constantly by my side and I am so thankful she was on my birth team. She also was such a help to my parents and family and they all had comfort knowing Chelsea was there. 

All of this to say, hire Chelsea! I not only had a fierce advocate on my side, but I now have a lifelong friend.

Choosing Chelsea as my doula for my first birth was the best decision I made as a first time mom. Chelsea is knowledgeable, compassionate, and a fierce advocate, and she helped me achieve a beautiful hospital birth. I unexpectedly went into labor at 38 weeks and on the same day as what should have been my second prenatal appointment with Chelsea. I was mentally unprepared for an early delivery, but she came prepared with plenty of encouragement, pain management techniques, and my birth plan practically memorized as we didn't have an opportunity to print it ahead of time! I am so grateful for Chelsea's support before, during, and after the birth of my son, and I am excited to say I gained a friend out of our time together. When the time comes, I will absolutely choose Chelsea again for the birth of my next baby!

The first time I met with Chelsea, I felt so comfortable with her. She answered all of the questions that I had concerning unmedicated versus medicated birth. This was my first unmedicated birth. With my first child I had a typical hospital induction after a premature rupture. I wanted something different this time and Chelsea was able to give my husband and I the support, resources, and confidence needed to advocate for the birth we wanted. From pregnancy to postpartum Chelsea provided a personalized experience that truly proved how much she loves what she does. No matter what birth preferences you are exploring, I highly recommend Chelsea as a doula!

Working with Chelsea was a peaceful experience from our first meeting! Being a first time mom, I knew I wanted support & especially with the plan to have an unmedicated birth. Chelsea was there through every step of pregnancy to answer all my questions, concerns & provide me with resources. She was there & supported me and my husband during birth & afterwards! She even came to our home twice postpartum to help me and give me support. I would highly reccommend using her to support you during your pregnancy & birth!!

Chelsea was great! She was there from beginning to end to answer all questions I had and was a great resource for a first time mom. During my delivery many obstacles came up and she was an advocate for me and how I wanted my delivery to go. My husband and I would not have made it without her.

Chelsea was an amazing support for us. We chose to go unmedicated for our third birth, and I can honestly say that her support gave me the confidence boost I needed! She was so intentional, resourceful, and encouraging throughout every step. Would highly recommend hiring her to support you and your partner through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum! ♥?
