Postpartum limits/restrictions: I’m okay with smokers if they smoke outside and not in the home. Firearms must be locked up during doula shifts.

Attends hospital births? All Hospitals
I have supported births at all the hospitals in the greater Spokane/Coeur d' Alene area and a great working relationship with all the doctors, midwives and nurses.

Attends birth center births? All Birth Centers
I have supported births at many of the local births centers and enjoy supporting families in these environments.

Attends home births? Any Home Birth
I have supported many births at home and enjoy supporting families in these environments.

Relevant volunteer or advocacy work

I am President of The Spokane Professional Doula Association, which is an organization that connects and supports doula in our local area. I am very passionate about perinatal mental health and continue to attend educational trainings and connect with local mental health professional to ensure local families have all the support they need.
