Caiti Holle is a present, curious and deeply informed birth worker. I feel incredibly lucky to have landed with her for my first birth. I had no idea what I was getting into and Caiti showed up for all of my newbie questions with a ton of knowledge and a demonstrable respect for my preferences throughout the process. She educated me on options without any pressure to make a choice that wasn't totally me. When my birth shifted gears unexpectedly, Caiti Holle pivoted with grace and professionalism. When I wasn't sure what was going to happen next, she was grounded and clear. And during my deepest contractions she gave me literally the best back massage of my life on repeat for hours! 

Caiti Holle supported me through a multi-day hospital stay, helping me understand what was happening through my post-birth haze. I gave her permission to feed my baby on my chest while I slept, and she did, which is a pretty cool trick. Though the hospital provided lactation specialists, it was handy to have another helper around with lactation expertise. Caiti Holle guided me through my child's tongue tie revision as well. When we finally returned home she cooked us beautiful meals, kept the laundry machines running, and again - answered any and every question that came into my mind, of which there were many.

Caiti Holle was such a wonderful, attentive and supportive doula for our family! We hired her for postpartum help after the birth of our son. Each day she was with us, she interpreted and anticipated our needs, even when we were unable to articulate them. This included keeping us fed, hydrated, laundered and the sink free of dishes as a matter of course. Caiti Holle is also an excellent cook! I was unexpectedly hospitalized for 2 months before giving birth, and didn't have the opportunity to stock our freezer like I had wanted to. She picked delicious recipes and made several batches of freezer meals for us that we're still enjoying several weeks later. Aside from the functional support she provided for our family, Caiti Holle was such a sweet, calm, confident and comforting presence in our home. She listened to me proceess my transition into motherhood, provided gentle perspective and reassurance when my postpartum anxiety began to spiral, and expertly cared for our son when we needed a break. We are so grateful to have had her help and support, and cannot recommend her highly enough!

I cannot say enough good things about Caiti. Caiti worked with our family from the time our children were teeny tiny infants. Before she began her path as a doula, Caiti was the world's best nanny. I appreciate Caiti and her expertise so much. She is kind and gentle and confident and capable. My kiddos are wonderful, and also require a high level of attention and care. I always knew they were safe and nurtured and loved for exactly who they are with Caiti. She is able to juggle the needs of multiple people at the same time with patience and grace. Our whole family has felt so supported by Caiti. As new parents we benefitted from her wealth of experience and never felt judged. Not only is Caiti great at what she does, she also made us feel good at what we do.
