Fee Details

My birth doula package includes two prenatal visits in your home, continuous availability via text/phone/email throughout your pregnancy for recommendations/information/support, on-call beginning at 38 weeks, your birth, and one postpartum visit in your home. I love to work with clients for both their birth and postpartum. Ask me about a discount when you do both! Postpartum support includes emotional support, processing your birth and transitioning to parenthood, evidence supported education and connection to resources, baby feeding support, newborn care support, sleep support, and taking care of you- supporting time for rest, nourishment, bonding, and taking tasks off your plate- light laundry, cleaning, organization, meal prep, etc. I work with a sliding scale to make sure that doula support is available to all who need.
