My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Lily in October 2022. From the moment we first met Lily, we knew she was a great fit for us. She is well organized, a great listener, and a wealth of knowledge.  During our prenatal and postpartum appointments, we felt valued and heard. Lily always made herself available to answer our questions and give her unbiased advice.  She made us feel confident in every choice that we made.  Lily gave us the tools to prepare for the birth that we had envisioned while also reminding us to save room for the unexpected.

I had a long labor with challenging moments, and I don’t know what I would’ve done without Lily by my side.  She was a steady source of comfort, support and encouragement for my husband and I.  Her guidance from her intuition is what helped make my first birth an amazing and unforgettable experience.

The coaching and care did not stop after I gave birth.  The postpartum care and attention that she provided in the early weeks was invaluable.  She provided me with breastfeeding education, general support, and more. Through this experience, Lily has become our friend, and we can still reach out to her with questions.  In the words of Lily- “Invest in your birth”.  You won’t regret it.

I cannot recommend Lily strongly enough! Words cannot describe how grateful I am to her for helping me have an empowering birth experience. She brings a calming, positive energy and a deep knowledge of practices for providing support before, during, and after labor. Throughout my pregnancy and after she regularly checked in on us and encouraged us to ask questions and sent many helpful resources. She guided us through the experience, giving us the information we needed to make our own decisions with no judgement on our choices. I initially planned to have a home water birth but due to my high blood pressure I was a hospital transfer and was induced. I was upset that my birth plan was changing it wasn’t going as planned. Lily gave me words encouragement and prayed over us. Lily was by my side the entire. She would tell me that body is capable of giving birth and I can do this. Honestly if it wasn’t for Lily I don’t think I could of move forward and delivery naturally. I was in labor for 8-9 hours and I gave birth to a healthy baby boy naturally. Hiring Lily as my doula one of the best decisions I could have made. I will cherish our moments together, she truly was an angel by my side.
