Very positive experience with Carren! Thank you for your help, we really appreciated it!
--She was very experienced and professional in taking care of our 1 week old newborn.
--I asked a lot of questions, and she was very patient in answering all of them, which really put my mind at ease.
--She was very caring and detailed. She watched over our baby like I would have. She remained alert and watchful even as our baby was just colic and fidgeting around in the crib, and was ready when those fidgeting were 'real' signals that indicated hunger or discomfort (needed diaper change).
--I was worried she was using too much force for my liking when handling our baby and asked her to be more gentle and she responded by doing so--very communicative and accomodating!

Our doula, Carren, made life incredibly easy for us during the first month of our baby's life. She was incredibly gentle, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful to us. We trusted her completely to care for our newborn all night while we got sleep, and she established a good sleep routine for him, which we still use.
I would highly recommend DBTB and specifically Carren if you are in the South Baby Area.

When our second child was borned we got to work with Carren and she was amazing !
She was very helpful, patient and took great care of my newborn and me. In the time when you are tired and easy to feel owerwhelmed, I really enjoyed her company and the peace and kindness Carren brought into our home. She went above and beyond to offer ways to make my life easier, even reorganizing the baby dresser, always making sure all the baby bottles were clean and helping with baby laundry.
I will highly recommend Carren to anyone ! Thank you Carren, we miss you !
