Fee Details

I offer holistic doula care to women+ and families through connection, ritual, and companionship throughout the pregnancy and birth journey. Reach out to discuss sliding scale. I am willing to work with families outside of the above range based on financial need. I love supporting the development of birth plans, offering nutritional/herbal recommendation, education on physiological birth, and serving as a presence of advocacy and reassurance at your birth. My package includes: 2 prenatal visits (includes physiological and logistical support/preparation, as well as emotional and spiritual support through reiki, mindfulness practices, and more); birth +2 hours presence after baby is born; and 1 postpartum visit with a homemade ayurvedic meal.
