We've worked with Niki from when my son was 2 weeks old and she has been invaluable to our success as a newly family of four! I was anxious to leave my baby with anyone and she responded to that with deep understanding and compassion - even offering to come on outings with me until I felt more comfortable. There is truly nothing out of her realm of help. She is connected to our community and comes with a vast library of knowledge and resources, however is never intrusive when sharing it. Her advice is always well-timed and intuitive. She is a calm and peaceful presence in our home and we are so grateful for the time we get to spend with her!

Niki was with us from the week our daughter was born until she turned 4 months, supporting us for 40+ nights throughout that time. Niki was an invaluable resource-- always calm, always interested in our questions, always finding the answers for us well into the night. She not only took care of our infant when she woke up, allowing us to get some much needed sleep, but she cared for our home. She did laundry, cleaned bottles and pump parts, and ensured that everything was in order when we woke up. 

From an emotional standpoint, Niki allowed us to breathe a sigh of relief every few nights when she came to care for our daughter. She was such a support and full of kindness and patience. Niki, thank you for everything. You are absolutely a part of our family and a huge part of our daughter's newborn story.
