We cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Camille Fiori and Nourish: Birth + Postpartum. As first-time parents, we were filled with anticipation but also some apprehension about the birthing process. From the moment we met Camille, she put us at ease with her warm and caring nature, making us feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire journey. Before the birth,she introduced us to the concept of hypno birthing, and it was a game-changer for us. Her expertise in this area was evident as she patiently guided us through various techniques, helping us gain confidence in our ability to manage the birthing process. Thanks to her, we felt more in control and less anxious about the whole experience. Communication was always a priority for Camille; she was always just a phone call or message away, willing to address any concerns or questions we had leading up to the birth. This level of accessibility and responsiveness helped alleviate many of our anxieties. When the big day finally arrived, Camille was a true pillar of strength. She was by our side, providing encouragement, reassurance, and practical guidance every step of the way. Her calming presence was invaluable, and she created an environment of positivity and serenity in the delivery room. Her support didn't end with the birth of our daughter. As our postpartum doula, she continued to be an incredible resource for us during those early weeks of parenthood. From breastfeeding support to sleep strategies, she provided us with a wealth of knowledge and effective techniques to help us navigate this new chapter in our lives. Beyond her professional expertise, what truly sets Camille apart is her genuine care and compassion for her clients. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt heard, understood, and empowered as new parents. Her non-judgmental approach and positive attitude created a safe space where we could openly share our experiences and seek guidance without hesitation.

Mychal was the third doula I spoke with on my birth doula search and I instantly felt a positive connection. Her knowledge and experience in labor and birth in combination with her kind, patient and down-to-earth personality was a great fit for me and my husband. My plan was to attempt a VBAC for my second birth and it was so helpful and therapeutic to have Mychal to discuss and debrief the outcome of my first birth and prepare for my second birth. She was very helpful in empowering my husband and giving him tools in which to support me during labor, which made us both more confident. The weeks leading up to my baby's birth were somewhat stressful and Mychal was such a calming and reassuring voice and ear during this time. During my baby's birth Mychal was a confident yet calming presence. Her firm yet gentle touch and reassurance gave me strength and confidence. She was amazing at working with and communicating with the hospital staff and providing helpful directions to my husband and other members of our birth team. We had a successful VBAC, which was such a healing experience for me and my husband and I am so happy and thankful we had Mychal's support in this outcome. Clarissa was invaluable to us as not only someone to help us care for our most precious new family member but also as an incredible resource for establishing healthy habits and a routine with our newborn. I had a c-section and it gave me great peace of mind to know that Clarissa would make sure my baby's needs were met during the night so I could rest and recover. Having someone who you trust and are comfortable with in this role is paramount and I felt at ease with Clarissa from the start.

Clarissa taught us (first time, exhausted new parents) baby basics like swaddling and diapering to more complex skills like pumping and body feeding. She is passionate about newborn care and extremely knowledgable. Having Clarissa for the first 6 weeks of our newborn's life helped us get into a schedule and have the knowledge to get us off on the right foot and any family would be lucky to have her in those early days following the birth of a little one.
