If you need help with baby sleep, I highly recommend Faith at Cloud Sleep Co. Around 2 months old, my little one started to struggle a lot with sleep: short naps, needed to be bounced/nursed to sleep, required contact naps, and would only sleep 2-3 hours stretches at a time each night. I tried my best with following age appropriate wake windows, sleep training, reading books, listening to podcasts, joining Facebook groups...my husband and I tried every generic recommendation out there and our little one made little to no progress. After struggling for a few months to find a solution, we reached out to Faith....we made more progress working with Faith in 1 week than we did in the first 6 months of our baby's life! Faith was able to offer great advice that significantly helped with baby's our sleep challenges. Now mama, daddy, and baby are getting the sleep they need! Baby also slept through the night for the first time during our time with Faith! Everyone is so much happier. Not only is Faith knowledgeable, she is compassionate, thoughtful, and genuine. She worked hard to create a VERY SPECIFIC plan for our baby (my little one is very determined and strong-willed; he loves to throw us curve balls). Faith was able to customize a sleep plan that met all of my baby's unique needs. She also empowered us as parents to feel confident in our ability to help our baby develop healthy sleep habits. My husband and I always felt supported, validated, and encouraged. I highly recommend Faith if you need some help with baby sleep. ??
