Fee Details

Birth doula package: two prenatal appointments, text, phone and email support throughout pregnancy, on-call availability starting at 38 weeks, continuous support throughout labor and for one to two hours after birth, and one postpartum visit. I'm a certified Mindful Hypnobirthing practitioner and can incorporate hypnobirthing into our prenatals if desired! Postpartum services: breast/bottle feeding support, newborn care instructions, household organization (baby laundry, dishes, etc.), sibling care and family adjustment. I will also help educate and screen for perinatal mood disorders. I am also a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC). Prenatal education and lactation/infant feeding support are included in my birth and postpartum services!
