Katrina was amazing from start to finish. I am a mother of 3 but I knew that I needed a doula this time around as my family were not able to be as present with helping out postpartum. That is originally why I reached out to Katrina. I interviewed a few different doulas and when I spoke to Katrina, it just felt right. She was so knowledgeable and warm. I soon realized that the things that I thought were inevitable with my past 2 deliveries were actually things that she could help me work through. She taught my husband ways to support me during prenatal visits, came to the house to help me during labor and was so helpful during delivery. Katrina advocated for me, fed me ice, massaged me, encouraged me, and so much more. Postpartum was amazing with Katrina. She stayed with us for 5 nights and she was just so peaceful and willing to do whatever she needed to help us adjust. Because of this, I really believe that it helped reduce my risk of postpartum depression because I was able to get rest and have someone there to help me. I would recommend her to all of my family and friends over and over again. She is truly an Angel and a friend for life.

I could not get through my first pregnancy without Katrina! She is reliable, knowledgeble, and warm. She was my mentor and advocate! I had my baby at 35 weeks via C-section due to severe eclampsia. She gave me neccesary knowledge and support in order to make the best birthing decision for my baby and myself. I highly recommend Katrina!

From the moment that I saw Katrina's website, I knew that she would be an amazing asset in assisting us with our birth. I immediately felt the connection, warmth, and love that she exuded just in reading her "About Me" section on her website. For our 1st in-person consultation (I was 8 weeks pregnant) at the time, Katrina was super welcoming and inviting and assisted my Husband and I in answering all of our questions and making us feel at ease right from the beginning. She went above and beyond in assisting us both (My Husband and I) every step of the way throughout my pregnancy. She met with me when I was having a hard day for Lunch and even on the phone at all hours of the day, she took my Husband's calls when he needed advice on how to better help me work through emotions I was facing in dealing with Family issues during pregnancy and even physical pains (such as back and hip pain) with specific stretches and remedies. We took her birthing class and My Husband learned a great deal with assisting throughout the birth when our daughter was born and he was extremely confident because Katrina had helped to teach him all of the breathing techniques, emotional support during delivery, and all of the pre-labor tenchiniques beforehand. Katrina was there for My Husband and I during my stressful birth of our daughter and brought him coffee, water, basic necessities, etc. After our daughter's birth she spent quite a few overnights with us (even the first night home) and I cannot even begin to express how helpful she was. If it weren't for Katrina, there's no way we could've succeeded in managing all of the external and internal stresses that we faced alone. Katrina has truly become a huge part of our family and we thank God for him placing her in our lives. Our Daughter loves her and we feel truly blessed to have her in our lives. Anyone who meets Katrina, know that being a Doula is her gifting, and is truly blessed to have her.
