We couldn't be more thankful we had Tiffany on our birth team. She was so helpful every step of the way, from preparing for labor to birth and even during postpartum. I can't imagine going through this process as a first time mom without her!

Tiffany was absolutely amazing! She knows how to help in just the right ways. She's very knowledgeable and respectful of your wishes and helping you advocate for yourself. She was great at encouraging me when I needed it, reminding me of what I should be doing during contractions, being sure I was keeping hydrated and keeping my energy up along with helping find a comfortable position to move baby along. It was really just her and my husband during most of the labor and I couldn't have done it without her! I would highly recommend her.

I found Tiffany when I was already at 36 weeks with my second child. Having experienced back labor with the delivery of my first child, I was eager to have someone with experience who could use natural methods to alleviate back labor pain if I went through it again. Tiffany supported all my decisions, even when I eventually decided to get an epidural. She kept me informed and advocated for me throughout the entire journey, which was so important, since I neither knew nor liked (at first) the OBGYN that was on call for my delivery. I felt secure knowing that I had a strong, knowledgeable, and sensitive woman like Tiffany on my team. She was a source of strength and a comfort to me. Because of my positive experience with ther and everything I learned from her along the way, I hope to do a natural home birth in the future, if I am blessed with a third child.

Tiffany was a huge asset to our birth team. She was very helpful in her advice she gave due to her wealth of knowledge as we prepared for our first baby. She was always super quick to respond to any text which made us feel comfortable communicating with her at anytime. She was there right when we needed her during labor and didn't leave my side the whole time (24 hours !!!). Tiffany was helpful in suggesting positions and movements to try and encouraged us consistently. It was definitely worth every penny for us to hire Tiffany on to our team!

Tiffany helped me make my home birth possible, she was so supportive during a long and hard labor, I'm so glad I found her!

Tiffany was our doula during the birth of our first child and I truly cannot imagine the experience without her. My husband and I reflect regularly on how different our birth story would be without her presence and support. I began induction at 8am on a Friday morning and Tiffany arrived shortly after my water was broken - around 10:30am, and stayed with us throughout a 17.5 hour labor that ended with the birth of our son at 1:30am on Saturday morning. Tiffany offered not only emotional support, but physical and positional support and suggestions when my labor became difficult and painful. She helped get me into positions that would support speeding up labor, easing contraction pain and helping baby into position in the pelvis. Once our son arrived, Tiffany helped me with the very early stages of breastfeeding and helped encourage him to latch. I had my placenta encapsulated by Tiffany, which she took home from the hospital that morning, and they were complete and delivered to me within a week during a very thoughtful and supportive postpartum check in. All in all, we could not be happier with the doula support we received from Tiffany and will be using her for future births :)

Tiffany was absolutely amazing. From our initial conversation, we knew she was the right doula for us. Not only did she make things comfortable for me, she helped ease my husband's mind. I would recommend her to anyone that's looking for a doula.

I had the pleasure of having Tiffany as my Doula. This was my first birth, and I’m so glad that I chose to get a doula. From the initial call, Tiffany was very attentive, super responsive, and so nice. Throughout the process, I always felt supported. Whenever I had a question, Tiffany was quick to respond and thorough. I had a home birth, and during my labor, I really appreciated Tiffany’s encouragement and preparedness. She offered me food and drink throughout my labor and helped me pace myself.

My labor was 18 hours 10 of which were pushing. At times I needed to rest, and I was given the opportunity to do so and regain strength. Tiffany would periodically bring me fluids and light food, which helped to keep me energized, especially towards the end when I was so tired. My baby was positioned posterior, so I had intense back labor, and although, I dilated fully quickly, because of baby’s position, it made the pushing phase incredibly intense and long. Tiffany would encourage me to get into different positions, and she also prepared warm bath water for me, which really helped during intense contractions.

Thankfully, I was able to give birth to my daughter and have the home birth I so wanted. I’m so thankful to have had Tiffany throughout the process. Even postpartum, Tiffany would check in to make sure baby and I were doing well. I would highly recommend her whether you’re a first time mom or not!

As a first-time mom, giving birth seemed extremely daunting to me. I had decided to give birth at home, but I had some self-doubt and fear to work through. Tiffany did an amazing job in helping me work on my mindset leading up to delivery. During labor, she was nothing but patient, kind, and respectful. Tiffany was also very supportive and non-judgmental. This meant the world to me since I was at my most vulnerable. Looking back, I know that Tiffany’s support as my doula, along with my husband’s support, helped me to achieve the home birth I had envisioned. I am eternally grateful for Tiffany helping me to believe in myself. Would highly recommend her as a doula!

Tiffany was an absolutely essential part of our birth experience. Our baby's birth was definitely one for the books. Tiffany helped me labor at home for more than 30 hours, before heading to the hospital and having my 1st baby in less than 10 minutes. Tiffany there to support us was absolutely crucial especially for my husband. She was a calm, gentle presence and was particularly helpful for my husband when he was driving to Lexington hospital and I was trying to have the baby in the car. She created space for us to process our feelings after the birth and checked up on how we were doing, offering support in many different ways. I'm so grateful that we had Tiffany with us, because she made a new experience feel safer. We recommend Tiffany whole-heartedly for families looking for a strong, supportive doula to help them through the unpredictable journey of birth. We are excited to use Tiffany again for our second child in the future.

I couldn’t imagine giving birth without Tiffany. Firstly, she helped us make informed decisions, plans, and preferences before and during birth. She genuinely cared about us, our baby, and our birthing journey. During labor, she was INCREDIBLE. She used her experience to guide us through positioning, counter pressure, and other techniques to get through an intense 20 hour labor induction. Afterwards, she checked in on me, my husband, and baby. She is truly amazing at what she does and was essential to our birthing experience.

We had our baby on May 17,2023. Tiffany was a wonderful addition to our birth team from our first phone call to the postpartum visit at our house. We agreed we were a good mtach for one another and I saw this play out during labor when her compassion and encouragement were very evident. She answered questions before, during and after the birth without overstepping what my OBGYN was advising, though i felt that she was a sounding board for decision making. She put my fears at ease as she told me time and time again that birth was beautiful and I was strong enough to handle any pain or fear that i experienced. My husband and i were extremely grateful to have her in the room during contractions as she knew exactly how to assist and provide helpful stretches and movements to make labor more bearable. If you are on the fence about hiring a doula, Tiffany would be a great encouragement to have during your birth!!

Tiffany helped us with an epidural-free vaginal birth in a hospital setting. We hired a different doula, and Tiffany served as a "back-up". As soon as I told our doula that I beleived I needed assistance through labor, she contacted Tiffany who was "on call" and immediately drove to our hospital.

When Tiffany arrived, I was beginning active labor and we didn't have time to chat, get to know each other, or even discuss birth plan; I was focused inwardly on my body. I don't remember communicating much to her or anyone but she kept asking how I was doing, telling me to breath, counting my breaths, and reassuring me. When I had to have my husband give me a great deal of counter pressure in my lower back and Tiffany was able to focus on me and my mental state.

At one point, there were several nurses in the room due to some concern for the baby and it felt very chaotic. I began to fear that I wouldn't be able to have a baby without an epidural. I kept looking at her and my husband saying "I don't think I can do this. I can't do this." I cried, I yelled, I screamed. Tiffany was the one who brought my mind back to a place where I could control my breathing and endure the pains of contractions. Even though I said I didn't want an epidural, it got to a point where I needed something to help with the pain. (This was only when I wanted to push but I had to force myself not to so that I could dialte more.) She did not judge me for asking for medication and continued to ask ME if that was what I wanted (not what the doctors/ nurses suggested). When my body was ready to push towards the end, Tiffany spoke words of encouragement and motiviation to help me. After our baby was born, Tiffany stayed with us the other doula arrived.

I knew having a doula was the best decision for our birth and having Tiffany help us out was the greatest (and unexpected) gift during our birth experience.

My husband and I are so happy we chose Tiffany to help support us! We had our first child's birth at home, and she was able to accurately judge over the phone on when to best come when we honestly weren't quite sure. We were glad to see her face when she arrived! She offered extra encouragement and changes in positions/environment that we were too distracted to think of ourselves. (We read what we could to prepare...but I found that some of that goes out the window when you're experiencing the real thing!) Her personality is very confident but calm, a great combination to have at a time when it is important for you to feel safe and secure. She also checks on you leading up to and after the big day, and snaps some photos when she can - really nice bonuses to have! Thank you Tiffany for everything! <3

Tiffany was excellent during my pregnancy, labor, and the birth of my daughter! She was available by phone for any questions or concerns I had during my pregnancy, and she always replied to my texts very quickly. She provided information so I could make informed decisions regarding my care during labor and birth, and she supported the decisions I made. We loved our postpartum visit with her as well. My husband thought she did a great job as our doula too. We will definitely hire her again in the future if we are blessed with another child.

Tiffany was so helpful and supportive before, during, and after my birth. She made herself available to me numerous times when I would send random texts with questions about birth or breastfeeding. She took her time to get to know both me and my husband to make sure we were a good fit. I felt very comfortable with her. She was able to provide emotional support to me, remind my husband to take care of himself, provide coping skills, and help physically move me after I had an epidural. It was incredibly helpful to me that she met with me after we got home and taught me how to use my pump. Tiffany certainly brought a calming and grounded energy to my first time experiencing birth that I am very thankful for. Both my husband and I recommend her and suggest to all of our friends that they get a doula!

It was important to me and my husband to have additional support during delivery. As part of our planning, we wanted another voice in the room to advocate for us in the event that our planned homebirth was converted to a hospital birth as well as someone to provide additional comfort during the stressful portions of labour.

Among the million decisions I made around pregnancy and birth, working with Tiffany might have been the best. I can't recommend her enough. She brings calming, positive energy and a depth of knowledge about labor support. The thing I like most about Tiffany is that she's responsive, open-minded, and affirming. In addition, she worked really well with my midwife. During labor, she had a near-magic ability to be present when she was needed and fade into the background when not. Every step of the way, Tiffany was there for us. Our experience was guided by her from the beginning.

If you're like us, you're thinking about getting a doula but aren't sure you want to share your most intimate experience with a stranger. We worried about that too, but Tiffany always made us feel relaxed and at ease. It was a pleasure working with her and receiving her guidance and coaching!

Tiffany is a wonderful addition to your birthing team if you need an extra partner!

Tiffany I’ve known for years and when she became a doula I knew who to call when we were expecting our next baby that I birthed just two months ago ?? I’m so sorry I’m just getting this, our newborn schedule is pretty tight and us having two toddlers (3 and 4) it’s hectic here! lol
The good she’s beyond knowledgeable, respectful of choices (as I had many opinions as many do??) and always quick to respond with any questions I had. She was calming, there for anything I needed, by side and did not leave which was so reassuring.
The bad I had a traumatic birth experience, she was so quick to respond to everything just in the nic of time! The timing of medication was phenomenal I didn’t feel anything!!! So honestly I don’t have anything bad to say besides the way my birth went, (I had non stop bleeding and my daughter just fell out just to sum things up, clearly had nothing to do with Tiffany it was out of her control) (birth is not all rainbows and butterflies) I can’t thank Tiffany enough for all the help she has given me not just as a friend but as a mother as well. The insights she has are more in depth and reassuring then what the drs tell you. She will be with me for our future children I cannot thank her enough or give her enough praise! Highly recommend!

I worked with Tiffany back in September of 2022. She helped me with my delivery of my second son. I had originally hired a different doula but when I was around 37 weeks pregnant my doula had surgery and Tiffany stepped in. I’m honestly super grateful that I had Tiffany there because she was the most calming effect I needed for my birth. With my first I was induced so it was a completely different feeling waiting around to go into spontaneous labor. I was texting Tiffany daily with question and updated about my prodromal labor and how I was supposed to know the difference and to know when it was go time. She was always so fast with responding and made me feel like I wasn’t crazy no matter what questions I was texting her. I was in labor for 5 hours and only half of that was at the hospital. She was exactly what I needed with standing up for me with things that were in my birth plan that I wanted and helping me to know what to say when staff started to get pushy about things I already stated I didn’t want. She was great with techniques about counter pressure to help through majority of the stages of labor (there comes a point where you don’t want to be touched by anything or anyone). She was a huge help with reminding me to breathe while pushing and was there after birth. It was also nice to have a face of confidence to look at while pushing and knowing that I had my husband and her rooting for me. After she was super encouraging about my labor and how it went and made me feel even better about how everything turned out. If we were going to have another baby I would definitely hire her!
