We were so lucky to have Mariana in our life! First time parents not knowing how to do much and not having family around was so stressful but Mariana came in and made life so easy and instantly became part of our family. She helped us and taught me so much, I would recommend her to anyone.

We had a fabulous experience with Mariana as our postpartum doula! As new parents, we had so many questions and were nervous about everything; Mariana put us at ease, not only providing us the answers and resources we needed, but also building our confidence. She is so warm and loving, and quickly becomes a member of the family! Our little girl adores Mariana and it was so sweet to see the two of them together. We would wholeheartedly recommend Mariana for anyone looking for a postpartum doula.

We were lucky enough to have Mariana as our postpartum doula from just a few days after birth until our baby was three months old. I wasn't sure how I would feel having someone in our home overnight, but from our first call, my spouse and I knew we felt very comfortable with her! Mariana was so warm and caring and took wonderful care of our newborn. You can tell she really loves the babies! And, I was able to sleep really well whenever Mariana was over, which made a huge difference in my recovery. She would bring the baby to me so I could feed them, and take the baby away as soon as I was done, taking care of the burping, diapering, and getting baby back to sleep. Highly recommend Mariana! ??

Mariana was incredible to work with as our night doula! I felt so comfortable with her from the moment we spoke over the phone. It was so helpful to have someone there to help out early in our daughters life. As a new mom, it was also helpful to have someone to ask questions of especially someone who was also helping care for our baby. I was recovering from a c-section and those nights where I could get uninterupted sleep made a huge difference. The only thing I would have done differently was book more nights. Then when I went back to work, we continued to have Mariana help out which again made a huge difference. I tell every family I meet who is expecting that a doula is key. And for those in the Dallas area, I will always recomend Mariana.

Working with Mariana was a dream!  She took such great care of our little girl and allowed us parents to get some much needed rest. Mariana was always extremely professional, punctual, flexible, and also very fun to chat with :). She made the newborn chaos so much more enjoyable. We hope there is a way to request her for our next baby!

Mariana helped us with night and daytime postpartum doula services. She was absolutely fantastic with our daughter. Nighttime help so wonderful--she deferred to any wishes we had but was self sufficient and trustworthy so that I could relax and finally get some rest during the difficult first few weeks. I recommend her services wholly!

We had a wonderful experience working with Mariana. My daughter, Vivian took great strides in sleep over our time with Mariana.  Mariana was patient, kind, understanding, and professional.   I appreciate so much as a mother the feeling that my child is in great hands.   We highly recommend her!!

We love Mariana! Her support was everything we needed during this postpartum period. This is my fourth baby and postpartum anxiety was a huge struggle for me in the past. Having Mariana with us 1-2x a week lightened the load and helped us not only get through, but actually enjoy the first couple months with baby and our family.

We appreciated her meal planning help immensely, and her home cooked meals were delicious. She is a fabulous cook. We have lots of new recipes to add to our rotation. She was so thoughtful to text us ideas and even asked the kids about what they like. Their new fave Mariana recipes are Korean meat and rice bowls, chicken tacos, and overnight oats. Each visit we had at least one warm meal and one that we could freeze or refrigerate and eat later. I am thankful for all her prep work and work in the kitchen!

I am also thankful for her help with my baby and children. Getting to shower, eat, or rest/nurse baby while she helped my kids with lunches, snacks or drinks was invaluable. She also helped us with grocery shopping, tidying the kitchen, doing dishes, folding laundry, and taking out recycle/trash. I really appreciated everything and felt renewed and much less overwhelmed after each visit. 

Having Mariana join us postpartum was the best decision. She is the most caring, thoughtful, communicative and positive person. The experience was uplifting for all of us, and my husband, children and I are grateful to her for all she did to help our family during this transition.

Mariana is an amazing support system during the postpartum period! We wish would could afford to have her come once a night every week for the first year becuase our baby is still not sleeping through, but it was so wonderful to have her during the hardest time for a first time mom, newborn stage. We actually had her come a few extra times in months 4 and 5 as she was never a great sleeper. 

She cooked some great food for my husband and I to enjoy at the table while she then took care of our baby which was much-needed and was so caring of our baby during her night stays. We usually added on an extra hour to get a little more sleep in the mornings. 

Mariana is wonderful with babies and will take amazing care of yours! Trust me, we were scared to leave our new baby with a stranger, but Mariana will not be a stranger for long. We hope to keep in touch with her as she is such a positive and kind person!

Having Mariana join us as our postpartum doula was the best decision we made. She is incredibly kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and extremely responsible, and she was so sweet with our son. As this is our first baby, we were really anxious and unsure, but Mariana helped us build our confidence as parents. After just a few overnight visits she felt like part of the family. I truly don't know what we would've done without her! If we're so fortunate to have a second baby, we'll be calling Mariana. We love you Mariana!

Having Mariana as our postpartum doula was so comforting. She stayed overnight with our newborn and everything felt more at ease the evenings she was around. She managed feedings, burping, changing and always provided updates the next morning. I learned so much from her regarding diaper rash, how to bathe a newborn, pumping and milk storage guidelines, breastfeeding (positions, hunger cues, effective feeding), how to identify and help ease gassiness, and best practices for baby carrying/wearing. She was always available to sit and talk to answer questions. She always checked in on me to ask how I was doing as a new mom and provided support and resources to additional support in case I needed it.

We have enjoyed and appreciated Mariana's support during our transition as new parents. I gave birth in December and we still have her assisting us once a week because we have extended our contract several times! I can't say enough good things about having a postpartum doula for support.  Mariana has supported my son, my husband, and myself with genuine caring and compassion throughout this time.  As I have struggled with emotional ups and downs, she has made herself available for my husband and me to lean on for advice or just to listen.  She made sure we got rest, that we ate, and that we knew we are doing a good job as parents. She's helped us keep up with the laundry and the dishes and other such tasks that seem small until you suddenly have a new tiny life to maintain.  It's truly invaluable to have knowledgeable, impartial, practiced support at a time like this and we couldn't be more grateful for all Mariana has done for us!

Mariana was wonderful and exactly what our family needed as first time parents. She was amazing during night shifts when we needed to catch up on sleep so we could be better parents. During the day she helped our family with meal preparation and even went on walks with the baby while I walked our tireless dogs who needed some exercise. It was great to get out of the house myself. I would highly recommend Mariana and we will for sure consider using the North Dallas Doula service again with our second one day. Thank you for everything!

Mariana was absolutely invaluable to my wife and I during our first few weeks with our little one. From meal prep, both our own requests as well as her own recipes (her lactation balls are incredible), to helping out around the house, to providing advice on care and soothing techniques to us first time parents, to seemlessly taking over baby care so we could get some much needed sleep, I could not imagine surviving the first few weeks of parenthood without her. She helped to provide a solid foundation for us during a very hectic period in our lives that set us up for success in caring for our little angel. On top of all the support she provided, she was an absolute joy to have in our home and always arrived with a happy demeanor and very positive attitude. We could not recommend her more highly to new or experienced parents alike!

Mariana helped us so much. We were in desperate need of several nights sleep. She got our baby to sleep and I was able to sleep without any concerns. She also helped with washing bottles and doing laundry. Her help aided in getting us over the newness of a newborn and settle in to a family of four.

Mariana came to us during such a transitional time and I could not have been more grateful for her. I was not prepared for how emotionally intense it would be to bring a newborn into my home with my toddler. Every time Mariana visited, she was a burst of sunshine and light. She would immediately upon arrival begin tasks around the home which were so helpful, but my favorite thing was that she would ask me at the start of each session "What's your goal for today?". Most days I just wanted the opportunity to focus solely on either my toddler or my newborn, instead of splitting my attention or energy between them. Mariana's visits allowed me to do this, and that was priceless for me at the time. I trusted her completely to either tend to the baby so I could have some one on one time with my toddler and keep her routine as much the same as possible, or to assist my toddler with whatever she may need while I breastfed the baby. She has such a kind and loving demeanor, and she brought a sense of calm that was much needed. I would highly recommend Mariana's services to anyone looking to make their postpartum transition easier.

We adore Mariana! She's gone out of her way to serve our family. She treats my son like her own, and we are so grateful. She's helped us with errands, prepared meals, allowed us to rest, kept our house tidy, and folded laundry. We aren't sure what we would do without her. Mariana has been an encourager and helper. She's made a hard season for us so much better. She radiates joy, and does everything we've asked with excellence. Everyone needs a Mariana!!
