I hired Datia while preparing for a VBAC, and I am so grateful that she was part of my birth team. From the beginning, she shared helpful videos, resources, and practical tips to help me prepare for labor. When my baby was not head down at 32 weeks, Datia provided resources and guidance to support getting the baby into a better position.

She was always very responsive through text messages and answered my questions quickly. She also met with my husband and me in person and taught us pain management techniques and what to do during labor, which made us feel much more prepared.

When labor started, Datia rushed to us in the middle of the night and supported me through the most difficult moments. Her pain management techniques were incredibly helpful, and honestly, I am not sure I could have handled the pain without her support. She is also very familiar with Carle Hospital and the staff there, which made the process of arriving and getting settled into the labor room feel much smoother.

On top of everything, Datia took beautiful photos during my labor, which gave us precious memories from the birth of our baby. I highly recommend Datia to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and supportive doula.

Datia was wonderful throughout the entire process of my second pregnancy and delivery. She has such a kind and calm demeanor. She attended my 38 week appointment with me and we had a lovely lunch afterwards where she completely put my mind at ease. This was my second child but I was delivering at a birth center instead of a hospital so of course I was nervous but she was knowledgeable and encouraging but also validated my feelings about it all. At the birth, I could feel her presence but she didn't hover and allowed me to labor on my own and peacefully. My child will be 4 this fall and we still yay in touch!
