Here is what a client named Katherine Baker has to say about working with Elaine:
I was blessed to have met Elaine two weeks before my due date. I was skeptical about being able to have a vaginal birth after two cesareans and several abdominal surgeries. My heart was set on having a vaginal birth with my first two but that was not in the cards at that time. Upon meeting Elaine I was instantly comfortable with her and began to feel more at ease about this birth. She took down a complete history of my past birth experiences, how my spouse supported me and ways he would need support, other relevant medical history, and my wants/wishes. She made sure to know about me and my experiences in order to give me the best support for this expereince. With her support, knowledge, and calming presence, I was actually able to have a vaginal birth this time. I am still in shock I was able to accomplish that and know I couldn't have done it without Elaine. She helped me advocate for myself and ask the right questions to make the best medical decisions in alignment with my OB. Elaine was available by phone 24/7 from when we met to my birth and even visted us a week after to check-in. Leading up to the birth she text me supportive and encouraging messages frequently. She also sent me many educational articles and studies to help me formulate additional questions for my OB. She stayed with us for over 10 hours of labor and supported both me and my spouse. She made sure we both had self-care, ensured we were drinking water and eating. She massaged me throughout labor and helped my spouse also support me. Elaine even took photos and a detailed timeline of my birth experience. The photos and the timeline are a beautiful way to remember this experience. Words don't encompass how much having Elaine by my side through this birth experience. I have already and will continue to recommend Elaine as a Doula as long as she is practicing.

Here is what a client named Corrie has to say about working with Jennifer:
Jennifer is absolutely amazing! I was hesitant with hiring a doula since I had a scheduled c-section for my twins. But, doing this as a single mother by choice (SMC), with no family around, I wanted a dedicated person to be there for me (and my babies) in the delivery room. Jennifer knew where she could stand in the operating room without getting in the nurse's way, and where to take the best photos. I interviewed a few different doulas, until I met Jennifer. I chose Jennifer because she was very personable, and very supportive of my decision to do an elective c-section with my twin pregnancy.
I had a fairly uneventful pregnancy, actually quite boring, which I didn't mind. But, the last few weeks, my blood pressure went pretty crazy. I ended up going to the hospital the weekend before my scheduled c-section. Not the funnest way to spend a Saturday night, but, I called Jen, and she came to support me at the hospital.
I highly recommend hiring a doula, even if you have a scheduled c-section. For me, it added peace of mind that I had a dedicated person there for me. And, I highly recommend Jennifer.

Here is what a client named Rachel Ishofsky has to say about working with Scarlett:
Scarlett is INCREDIBLE. First, we loved and learned a ton in her Evidence Based Birth class. Then, we knew she would be an amazing doula, but with plans to give birth in a well-staffed birthing center with a great team of midwives, we thought bringing her on might be more than needed. We decided to go for it anyway and I'm so beyond glad we did!!! Scarlett helped us navigate some intense curve balls in late pregnancy, and the work we did with her in preparation for an unmedicated birth made all the difference in helping us achieve that goal. She was there for every step of a long and at times complicated birthing journey, and she was also integral in processing my birth and navigating postpartum life. I can't imagine having birthed my baby without the perspective, skills, energy, and humor she brought to the whole experience, and couldn't recommend her more highly!
