Highly recommend for prenatal, birth and postpartum care! I had an absolutely amazing birth experience as well as postpartum with Cynthia. The placenta capsules have been an absolute game changer for my 2nd postpartum journey, I feel like I have a lot of energy & focus. I wish I would’ve done this for my first babe!
