As a first time mom with the goal of an unmedicated birth, having Emily as my doula was an invaluable part of my labor and delivery process. Emily was a calm and comforting presence, providing ample support and knowledge that made my birthing experience a positive one. She not only guided me through my contractions, but also coached my husband so he could play an active role and know how to comfort me and support me. She made both of us feel much more confident and relaxed every step of the way. Emily’s services did not stop at the hospital, as she has checked on our family several times since bringing our son home! I cannot recommend her enough.
