My doula services include a complimentary consultation, personalized prenatal visits (in person or virtual), and 24/7 support by phone, text, or video throughout pregnancy. I provide continuous support during active labor and birth, followed by immediate postpartum care. Each family also receives two in-home follow-up visits, with continued postpartum support available for 3–6 weeks to ensure a smooth transition. I bring compassion, knowledge, and evidence-based care to every stage of the journey.
