Anika delivered above and beyond what my husband and I expected from a doula. As first time parents she helped us navigate through what to expect before, during and after having our child. I did not need an epidural and only pushed for 12 minutes, largely due to techniques she taught us for managing pain during childbirth. Her caring and emotional support around the clock, knowledge on breastfeeding, and delicious meal prep made life after baby smoother than we thought it would be. I will call on her services for all my future pregnancies, I can't recommend her enough!

Anika is an incredible doula. She is extremely knowledgeable and very sweet with our 2 month old baby. Anika is so quiet in the house it's like she's not even there and yet whenever I look over, the baby is bottle feeding peacefully in her arms or baby is sleeping soundly or they are playing cutely together. I trust Anika fully and her experience really shows. Her first day she knew exactly what to do and I didn't have to worry if things were being done correctly. If I could hire Anika as our full time nanny I would.
