Maddie is an excellent doula. I would highly recommend her. She is knowledgeable, responds quickly to messages and offers detailed, practical advice. 

During labor, Maddie offered an incredible amount of support, both physically and emotionally . When I had an epidural injection, she stayed with me and talked me through the painful process. It would have been much more difficult without her there. 

Throughout my labor, Maddie used a variety of techniques to help me feel more comfortable and to distract me, such as breathing techniques, essential oils, stretches, massage, and visualization exercises.

When I ended up having to get a c-section and was upset, Maddie offered very kind words of comfort and assurance.

Afterwards, Maddie stayed to make sure everything was ok. She was helpful with setting up our breast pump. She also provided great tips for breastfeeding and c-section recovery.

I would love to work with Maddie again in the future.

Maddie was an absolute blessing to our family during pregnancy, labor, delivery, & even postpartum! She demonstrated great generosity & care as we prepared for our son to arrive. We nailed down my birth plan together & she provided labor tips as the due date drew closer & closer! Because I wanted a natural birth experience, she came prepared with natural pain management options for me on the big day. For almost the entirety of my labor, Maddie was hands-on with acupressure & gentle breathing technique reminders. My husband & I are so thankful to have had Maddie as our doula!
