Rita was an incredibly helpful, caring, calm, informative, and friendly night nurse during the first 3 months of our daughter's life (a time when we needed a lot of support!)

She tolerated our endless questions (and our baby's endless crying) with patience and grace. We learned a ton from her, and most amazingly - our baby learned to sleep. By 3 months our baby was consistently sleeping 12 hours a night, which I think is pretty rare (at least based on the surprised face other parents make when I tell them).

She walked us through the SITBACK method and even wrote up a schedule for daytime feedings so we could keep our baby on track.

Rita also adapted quickly to our needs as we figured out our own rhythms and styles, never making us feel judged or wrong for our idiosyncrasies.

I would recommend Rita to any new parent. She turned what could have been a very scary and uncertain time into an educational experience.

Ritha has been great to work with. When we interviewed different doulas, we liked how Ritha was communicative and willing to work with us on our goals. She started watching over our son when he was almost 7 weeks old and let me tell you, what a game changer! He was sleeping with us and would wake up every 3 hours (1am and 4am), which is quite disruptive for sleep. Of course, this is the newborn period so it was expected and we were prepared to have him sleep with us for the next 6 months. Ritha kindly suggested that we move him to his crib in the nursery so that he can learn to sleep more independently. That first night he only woke up once (3am) before his "wakeup" time at 7am! It felt like a miracle and he's continued to do that every night since. 

We knew that he was in good hands as Ritha would observe his sleep throughout the night. We also found out we had a loud baby who would move a lot and grunt quite a bit. Ritha told us the signs to watch for to know when he's still sleeping and let him try to bridge the cycles himself versus when he was awake and we should feed him. 

Would highly recommend working with Ritha to achieve your goals for your little one. Ours slept from 8:30pm to 6:45am by himself the other night!

Rithalorine is an amazing doula! She helped me tremendously after my baby girl was born. She was very patient and kind while instructing me how to breastfeed. There was times when I wanted to give up breastfeeding but Ritha reassured me that I was doing a great job and pushed me to keep going. She has great aptitude to take care of children and help new moms as well. I am very thankful for her helping me have a smooth transition into motherhood.

 I had  an ncredible experience with Rithalorine as my night doula. She had our daughter sleeping through the night consistently by 8 weeks , and she was so fantastic that she was one of the first calls l made when l found  out l was pregnant  with my son.

Rithalorine Kazimoto helped our 4 month old daughter and it was absolutely wonderful to have her. She helped us out during the day with not only breastfeeding (which was my primary reason to have her over) but also taught me ways to sooth my baby, set up a sleep routine, do baby massage.

Rhita was amazing for our daughter and whole family. Our first was a great sleeper so when our second was born we hadn't realized how difficult it might be. I called Rhita when she was almost seven weeks and I wish I had met her sooner! She got out daughter to sleep in the bassinet and take a bottle, both which had been extremely difficult for us. More importantly she let us get some much needed rest and makes us better parents to both kids.

I have since referred her to multiple friends. She's patient and kind- would recommend her to anyone!

ritha helped me a lot with my first son at night to sleep. She was a life saver and helped with the doula at night. I finally had rest and she helped with the transitioning of my son to sleep at night. Especially with my breastfeeding I had a hard time with the latching but received great help from her and also helped me with ways to increase my milk supply.
I cannot wait to get her services once again with my second child as I am currently pregnant.

Highly recommend her services. She is responsible, warm, and kind hearted. She is trustworthy. I have been lucky to find such an amazing doula. I can always count on her.

I was totally satisfied with her service, I referred her to my cousin and she said she had a very restful night. Her baby woke up pretty calm and that gave her a good start for the day.
