Postpartum limits/restrictions: As your postpartum doula, my goal is to create a calm, supportive, and nurturing space where you feel cared for, heard, and never judged. The postpartum period can be tender and overwhelming, and you deserve support that meets you exactly where you are. With over 11 years of childcare experience and having supported 8 postpartum families, I provide gentle, attentive care focused on both baby and parent. Whether you need overnight support to rest, morning help to reset your day, or reassurance as you adjust to life with your newborn, I’m here to support you with patience and compassion. My approach is warm, flexible, and family-centered. Support may include newborn care, soothing and settling baby, light household support related to baby, emotional encouragement, and helping parents feel more confident in their own rhythms. I believe there is no “right” way to do postpartum ,only what feels safe and supportive for your family.

Fee Details
My postpartum doula services range from $30–$40 per hour, depending on the type of support needed (daytime or overnight), schedule consistency, and length of care. I offer morning and overnight support packages, and I’m happy to discuss custom arrangements based on each family’s needs. A minimum number of hours per shift may apply.
