Laura helped us with meal preparation postpartum, which was absolutely incredible! In the early stages of parenthood it's difficult to juggle everything, and she provided us with healthy nutrient-rich foods to enjoy while we focused on the newest addition to our family. During her time with us she also answered any questions I had about babies, researched questions she didn't know the answer to, and listened with a kind ear to my new-mom stress. Laura would be a huge asset to any new parents. I highly recommend her services.

Laura is a talented and knowledgeable woman with a passion for children and women's health and overall well-being.

Laura was a great support to my family after my daughter was born, including:

-cooking delicious, healthy food

-helping with laundry

-keeping our toddler son entertained

-offering insight into child development and wellbeing 

Laura offers support in an empowering way, free of judgement and full of compassion. She has an ability to integrate into a family whole respecting boundaries and privacy.

Laura was an incredible asset to our home and will always be considered as part of our family.

I would highly recommend Laura’s services. She takes the time to listen to your goals as a parent and for your baby. She prepares incredibly healthy and tasty meals and provides other services such as laundry, cleaning, yoga, and baby care while momma rests. Laura cares so much about the well-being of the baby and mom and gives your husband/partner empowering tips of how they can help mom and baby. I’m so thankful that we had Laura’s help when we did.

We have been working with Laura for the last few months as a postpartum client. Our experience is with her has been stellar and we wish she could stay with us forever.We really appreciate the professional and warm non-judgemental demeanour that Laura has. Our son just adores her as well, he's always having the best time with Laura.

Laura has been an invaluable resource for us. She not only helps take care of our son; Laura does meal prep, laundry, and has a wealth of knowledge and resources that she draws upon to answer all of our questions related to parenting. Laura has helped me in my journey to physical (and mental) recovery after giving birth. I love that she is a certified pre-postpartum fitness specialist and we do yoga when my son is napping :p.

Having Laura as a doula is like having an ultra-supportive friend who knows everything there is to know to help you as you transition into parenthood. Most importantly, Laura has allowed me to have more quality bonding time with my baby (instead of haphazardly running around to finish my tasks for the day, ignoring him, then feeling guilty about it later). My only regret is not hiring Laura earlier and for my birth! I know who I will go to the next time around :)

Laura has been working with us for a number of months as a postpartum doula. She is such an amazing person to work with! She is a valuable resource for information supports us in so many ways. She does baby care, housework, provides knowledge on lactation support (and in my case, pumping), and provides much-needed companionship in the sometimes lonely days of being a new mother. I struggled, and still do, with PPD and anxiety, and working with Laura has made managing my mental health so much easier as I feel like I have time and energy to take care of myself, while knowing my baby is in very capable hands. I am able to do errands, book appointments, go to the gym, or just get out of the house on my own when Laura is here. Other days, I am able to nap, shower, and rest. Laura also cooks meals for us, does meal prep, and makes very healthy baby-led weaning-friendly foods for our little one! He loves trying the new foods that Laura has made such as pumpkin pancakes, banana muffins, and overnight oats.
Laura is creative, intuitive, nurturing, empathetic, professional, and has tons experience working with babies and small children. I highly recommend her and owe a lot to her, as I feel like with her work, she helps takes care of not only my baby, but me as well!
Thank you for all that you do - your work is so valuable to us! I honestly don't know what I would do without her ??
