Tiffany was an outstanding night doula during the time she watched after my son Bodie (during his first 8 weeks). Always prompt and professional, I knew I could rely on Tiffany during all situations, especially as it related to soothing our baby who was quite fussy at times. She gave great advice when it came to finding the right formlua for Bodie, which in turn, got him to sleep through the night by the time my wife and I were on our own. She was a lifesaver, a teacher, and a calming prescence during what can feel like an overwhelming time. We are so grateful for her care and support-it made all the difference!

Tiffany was such a pleasure to have as a night doula. She is caring, attentative, supportive and overall just a lovely person. She made the first month as first time parents so much easier.

I was unsure what to expect with hiring a night Dula, as I had never worked with a Dula before. I knew though, as a single mother of a 21 month old and a newborn, that I was going to need help getting through those first sleep deprived weeks. When I first spoke with Tiffany, I knew she would be the best of all those I had spoken to. She was incredibly down to earth, knew my life situation well and offered me great advice that helped me maintain my peace through my birth experience and my new life with two children. It was my goal from day 1 to have my baby get on the Moms on Call schedule so I could save my sleep and my sanity. Tiffany and I worked as a team to help accomplish this. Without her, I don't know if I could have done this on my own. She was key in making this happen, and now I have a 6 week old baby that sleeps from 9 pm to 2:30 am, and stays asleep until 7 or 8 am. She also helped me with newborn care basics that I didn't know, such as how to swaddle well, how to feed the baby if he's too sleepy, and how to avoid reflux issues. Tiffany became a friend in the time we spent together, and I will keep in touch so she can see another one of her babies as he grows.

I can't recommend Tiffany highly enough. She was our night doula over a period of about 2 months (June to August 2023), when our daughter was 2-4 months old. Tiffany started with us for 2-3 nights a week, and we later increased that to 4x weekly. This was an extremely challenging postpartum period for us, during which my wife was suffering from what was eventually diagnosed as severe postpartum depression and anxiety. Tiffany was quick to onboard with us, and we were immediately drawn to her reassuring warmth, confidence and the deep evidence-based + intuitive, hands-on knowledge she seemed to have of all things related to newborn sleeping, eating and soothing.

She continuously accommodated our unique and specific needs and requests, including more frequent, paced bottle feedings for our small, exclusively formula-fed daughter born a few weeks early who had been charting on the lower end of the weight curve. At the same time, she gave great suggestions as our baby continued to grow and her sleep habits evolved (when it seemed right to lengthen time between feedings, tips on preventing and treating rashes, feeding positions, just to name a few). It was invaluable to have Tiffany as a trusted source for hands on advice and emotional support (she gives the best hugs) as first time parents struggling through PPA/PPD, with a somewhat high-needs infant at the time. Our daughter is now almost a year old and is a happy, healthy, growing, 12 hours-a-night sleeper!

Tiffany was incredibly helpful as we welcomed our son home. We were hesitant to get a doula given this would be our second child (we thought we were pros!), but Tiffany brought such great wisdom and showered our newborn with love. We are so grateful for Tiffany in those early weeks!

Tiffany worked as our night doula for 2 months after our son was born. She was great to work with and is a wonderful person.  She was very communicative, and provided us with a lot of helpful advice regarding our son and becoming parents. Most importantly, we trusted her 100% with our son. Highly recommend Tiffany!

We worked with Tiffany as a night doula for our son when he was about 2 months old. He was having a very hard time sleeping at night, and the constant wakings were taking their toll on us. We needed a few nights of good rest a week to be able to better care for him. Enter Tiffany, who was an absolute godsend. She offered excellent guidance and support for us and wonderful care for our son.  On the nights she was with us, I trusted that my son was in good hands and was able to actually get some rest. She took detailed notes of his night wakings and feedings so we could start to see patterns, and she also referred us to a wonderful lactation consultant to discuss some feeding issues we were encountering. All in all, we loved working with Tiffany and she made those early months so much easier.

Tiffany was honestly a blessing to work with. This was my second pregnancy and she helped me get through some of the PTSD I had from my last pregnancy. Her knowledge and experience allowed me to feel more confident and educated around what my body was going through especially in my ladder months of pregnancy. From the birth plan to the at home exercises, to the time she spent at the hospital while I was in labor, she showed up and was such a tremendous help. Also, me being a woman of color, and all the inequalities in healthcare towards pregnant moms, Tiffany was able to help me navigate to make it to the finish line in peace. Highly recommend.

Tiffany was an amazing doula who provided invaluable support during my postpartum period. She was kind, understanding, and incredibly knowledgeable about all things motherhood. She took care of my newborn so I could rest, provided helpful lactation advice, and even helped with household tasks like grocery shopping and laundry. I cannot recommend her enough and would encourage any new mother to seek out her services. Thank you, Tiffany, for all that you do!

Tiffany was absolutely phenomenal to work with, and I was so sad when our time with her came to an end! She started working with us when our baby was only a week old, and she was wonderful with him from the very beginning. We were able to set up a routine for feedings that worked well for everyone, and we looked forward to reading her summary emails every morning. Our dog loved Tiffany, and her presence in the house was so calming and supportive. If we ever need nighttime help again Tiffany will be the first person we call!!
