Our experience with Diana has been amazing from the start. Hiring her as our birth doula was the best decision we made.

Diana's approach was perfect for me and I have to say she’s the reason I was able to achieve the unmedicated birth I envisioned. I even asked for the epidural at one point but her coaching and reassuring presence really helped me through it.

During labor, she advocates for you, reminds you of your goal and she helped me through each contraction through different positions, walking, breathing, etc. Also, in the moment you’re asked questions by the staff and for me it wasn’t super easy deciding an answer because I was so focused on contractions and all that so having her to consult with was perfect, she really helped guide me with making decisions I felt confident with because she’s very knowledgeable.

During postpartum she’s been so helpful with any questions I have. As a first time mom I get nervous but she really provides me comfort and reassurance of the things I’m doing or any questions related to my baby too. She’s also accessible any time of the day and night during pregnancy and postpartum so that’s a bonus! I think no matter how you envision your birth, she will help you achieve it and if things go differently she’ll still help make the experience a great one.

As someone who had a birth doula with both of my babies, I can honestly say Diana over exceeded my expectations. She was so motherly, caring, calm and most importantly she has an amazing calm energy. I will forever be greatful for her for making my birthing experience such a positive experience. She was constantly reassuring me during my unmedicated birth through massages, rubbing my back, hugs and loving words. It felt like I had my mom there but a lot more calm and capable version of her. She is the best. I would not hesitate one bit if I ever need another birth doula and if I could afford her, hiring her as postpartum doula everyday :)

As grandmother for the first time and my daughter being a first time mom these moments are precious and personal. Diana from the first meeting felt like an angel sister that came in and made everyone feel at home and safe with the new baby on its way. We were able to labor at home until it was time to go to the hospital. The calming effect Diana had on my daughter and mostly me was invaluable. For three months Diana helped navigate schedule and breast feeding help along with deliscious foods to keep moms milk coming in. I wouldn't have wanted to have anyone else in their home but Diana.

Diana supported me and my husband during the birth of our son and throughout the first months postpartum. I truly don’t know what I would have done without Diana; I feel like I survived postpartum because of her. If you are considering hiring a doula, you have found one of the BEST. She is caring, attentive, sensitive, supportive, knowledgeable, thoughtful and loves the babies she cares for as her own. Instantly, Diana felt like she was apart of our family. My needs came above anything and everything else. There was not one area of expertise that she didn’t have some experience in and if she didn’t have an answer, she had the resources to find it. When you meet her you can feel her energy and her warmth. She makes your feel powerful and capable. She takes the time to teach you along the way so you can build a foundation as first time parents, overcome fears and first time challenges and be confident in this new role. Our lives changed because Diana was in. She is forever a part of our family and we are eternally grateful for how she shaped our experience.

Diana is an angel! I didn't plan on having a postpartum doula, but after being home from the hospital for 2 days I realized I depserately needed one. I didn't have anything set up or know what to expect but Diana was instantly warm, helpful and comforting. She is so knowlegeable, and has such an amazing positive energy. As a first time mom, she took charge in a kind comforting way that I so desperately needed. She immediately identified severe swelling in my feet and legs and was able to bring it down with massage. She made me healthy overnight oats to eat for breakfast, she was amazing with my newborn daughter, but even more amazing for me. We got sick and she brought homemade soup and ginger tea. She taught me how to give my daughter a bath for the first time. It was like having a mom with me (mine was across the country), and it wasn't intrusive at all to have her in our home overnight. She would check in during the day, answer all questions about the baby, share amazing tips for everything from sleep to breastfeeding and explain all the changes my postpartum body was going through. There were days that I would count the hours until she came over at night because I needed her support, emotionally and physically with the baby. I cannot recommed Diana enough, I couldn't have gotten through that period without her and I still miss her!

We are so lucky to have Diana as our postpartum doula. She is proactive, knowledgeable, constructive but loving. As a new mom who just went thru labor and needed to take care of myself and a newborn, I was so tired, stressed and clueless. Diana guided us thru the first couple weeks and taught us how to deal with certain situations. For example, the second night I had engorgement and was in pain, Diana helped massage me every time I was breastfeeding. She also provided so much love for our baby girl and our girl felt very comfortable around her. We consider her as part of our family and would love to have her back in the future!

Where do I even begin... to say that Diana has been an angel sent from heaven would be an understatement. We have had the pleasure of working with her for the past 8 months and I can say with one hundred percent certainty that we are in such a great place with our baby because of her. Our situation was a little out of the oridinary in that we started with Diana when our daughter was 4 months old. We were with another doula from  the time she was born until she was 4 months old and then because my husband is in the military and had to move away i needed help for an extended period of time. From the moment Diana walked into our home with in seconds you can tell that you are dealing with an expert. Let me tell you there is no better feeling as a new first time than knowing that the calvalry had arrived to help lead the way. Diana is loving and confident and our baby immediately felt calm with her. Her many years of experience allows her to be unshakeable because likely she has seen any situation before. All i can say is that if you are considering hiring a doula you would not regret hiring her. There are many silly things that we spend money on when it comes to our children most of which are toys, clothes or gadjets that end up in the trash or being donated. I believe that having an expert with you during these early stages is actually an investment in your baby and your familys physical and emotional well being. OUr daughter and my husband and i are well rested and happy because of the tools that we were given early on. this allows us to cherish moments that most people miss because they are so exhausted.

thank you,

I honestly can't say enough good things about Diana Roth. As a first time dad, I was nervous and a bit scared when we brought our daughter home for the first time.  Diana was able to put my wife and I at total ease by caring for our newborn and teaching us the best way to care for our daughter and ourselves. Her knowledge of caring for babies is unmatched to anything I have encountered.  Our daughter absolutely loves her and she is now a part of our family. Having Diana as our doula was the best decision we made for our new family.

To me was a fortune to had Diana as my Doula. I felt her support since day 0, multiple phone calls to check on me before the childbirth made me feel confident, she visited me right after I derived my baby boy and helped me with breastfeeding immediately. My baby had jaundice and she gave us great advices and helped us in the process for getting Valentino's bilirubin levels stable. I'm from Colombia and all my family is back there so it was amazing to have her with me during my postpartum period, we talked a lot and she helped me to go though some sadness during the process, her emotional support was like having my mom here with me. Diana brought me some beautiful Colombian dishes to nourish and heal my body. She is very sweet, organized, puntual, confident, she knows what she is doing and her love for the babies is genuine and my baby loves her, he felt very comfortable with her. It was such a good treat being able to sleep without worrying about getting up with the baby because she was here for me to helped me and support me during the night. I'll be forever thankful with Diana for all the things she did for my family.

To Whom It My Concern,

I am writing to highly recommend Diana Roth as a doula for your postpartum journey. Diana was hired to assist me with daytime postpartum care from July 2022 – August 2022. Diana is kind and patient with both mother and baby. She is incredibly knowledgeable of postpartum and baby care and can make recommendations that work with your lifestyle. She helped me establish a routine to help manage almost exclusively pumping, milk storage, and helped me understand baby’s cues for eat, play, sleep cycles. Diana also assisted with meal prep options for a mom on-the-go.

One of the most valuable skills Diana provided me was nursing my baby again. From my son’s birth I was pretty discouraged with nursing and was told that my baby did not latch well. When I expressed to Diana that I wish I could try nursing occasionally, Diana encouraged me and helped facilitate a positive environment for both me and my son. I now nurse my son multiple times a day as well as bottle-feed, and it is a perfect blend of the two for my family. Diana’s compassion, encouragement, and knowledge has made me a more confident mother and I would recommend her to any family looking for postpartum support.

Sincerely,

Courtney

where do I start? She was so loving supportive and an amazing cook. I want to have another baby just so I could work with her again

trust me she is worth every single dime.

she went as far as to massage my breast when I had mastitis. She would come to Lactation meetings with me, cook for me, take care of my baby, and basically was like a therapist

Diana stepped in for multiple days as a back up for our original nighttime postpartum doula when she got sick. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was fully relieved of mommy duties except for feeding so I could rest.

What I appreciated most about her is that she is proactive in anticipating my needs and the baby’s needs and is clearly an expert. The first thing she did when she arrived was encourage me to turn off my baby monitor so I wouldn’t have to worry about him now that she was here.

Diana is thoughtful, compassionate, and caring balanced with knowledgeable and experienced - the best combination! She also has strong communication skills so I always felt we were on the same page. You can tell that she takes her profession seriously, knows what she’s doing, and genuinely cares for her clients. If you are looking for a doula to support you, you will get top notch excellence with her. I would choose her in a heartbeat again.

Diana Roth came to work for my family the weekend we brought my baby boy home from the hospital. He had a severe case of jaundice and was under close medical watch, with the potential for a NUCU admit. From the moment we met her we began to feel more at ease. Her years of experience and calming presence immediately helped to alleviate my worries and she knew exactly how to care for my baby.

Diana played a significant role in guiding me around my breastfeeding journey, which she knew was so important to me. She was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely supportive with this.

Diana has now been working with us for almost 3 months and my whole family loves her. She puts her heart and soul into her work. She is professional, responsible, respectful, and caring. She has gone above and beyond to help, and I feel incredibly blessed to have received her support on our postpartum journey. She is a wonderful doula and I wholeheartedly believe she is one of the main reasons our family has transitioned so smoothly during this vulnerable time in life.

I highly recommend her and I hope your family is as lucky as mine to have the opportunity to work with her.
