I can confidently say that I had the birth that God designed for me. It did not go as I had planned, but every single step of the way throughout my pregnancy and birth and even after my Doula, Bethany Boland, was there for me. I can confidently say that I was able to have a vaginal birth because of the team I chose, Bethany being one of them! She gave me the confidence and guidance I needed to safely bring my baby girl into this world. I’ve met very few people in my life whom I’ve felt have been true guardian angels and Bethany is one of them. 

From our very first meeting, early in my first trimester, Bethany brought this vibrant and calm, kind and loving energy. I knew God placed her in our path. Bethany was very clear about how the Doula process worked and answered all of my many questions. Bethany was responsive and provided a wealth of knowledge and resources for me. Bethany walked with me through every twist and turn pregnancy had in store for me. 

When it came time for our birth Bethany guided my husband and me through different positions. Bethany’s knowledge and skill helped us continue to push through the labor. Even after the birth Bethany continued to provide support and love. 

I know Bethany pours her heart and soul in each client. She goes above and beyond to help you be informed and feel safe and secure with your choices even when things don’t go as planned. If you want the best possible birth experience, hire Bethany. 

We also used North Dallas Doula Associates for our birth classes, newborn care class, and lactation class. Hannah gave us a wealth of knowledge about breastfeeding. Melissa and Laura were a dream team teaching the other classes. I tell everyone about NDDA, but especially our Doula Bethany! We cannot thank her enough for playing a major role in our pregnancy and birth journey.
