I have served in various volunteer positions for both Lamaze International and DONA International, including serving on the Board of Directors for DONA International. I was the founding Leader of ICAN of Middle TN, which is now ICAN of Nashville. I have also worked with the Middle TN YMCA After Breast Cancer program, which provides physical, emotional, and spiritual support for breast cancer survivors.

Fee Details

My fee is set on a sliding scale from $1850-2600. I trust you to choose the amount that fits your circumstances and reflects your appreciation for my experience and skills. I also offer private childbirth prep classes for an additional fee.. The birth doula package includes 2 prenatal meetings, information & assistance with birth plan/preferences, continuous support during labor & birth, 1-2 hours of immediate postpartum & breastfeeding support, a postpartum followup visit, and extended text/phone availability for questions or concerns. I have a working relationship with several other experienced doulas in the area who can provide backup doula services if I have an illness or emergency when your birthing time begins; however, in 23+ years, I have needed a backup fewer than 5 times!.
