K & K Lact and Moore is really helpful and knowledgeable. Following her on social media has opened my eyes to things I wish I had known with my two kids. If you are in Winston Salem area I recommend you hire her for your in person doula & lactation needs.

I had a great experience with Khalilah!! We scheduled and had all our prenatal sessions, which were a combination of virtual and in person. Khalilah is very personable and helpful!! She also provided a wonderful back-up doula, Deja, since she was scheduled to be out of town around my due date (this was all planned for and notified up front)! Deja arrived right after delivery due to such a quick labor and was so helpful and encouraging!!!! She made sure my voice was heard after a whirlwind experience! I highly recommend both of these ladies for your pregnancy and birth experience!!

K & K Lact and Moore doula/clc Khalilah is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and informative. She provided a support person lactation class which she provided graphics electronically. During the labor & delivery process she was allowed us to ask questions & help calm our nerves. We love Khalilah and highly recommend you hire her to be your doula!

My experience with Khalilah as my doula was amazing, she made sure the doctors and nurses followed my birth plan, she talked me through my contractions over the phone while I was laboring at home. She got the best pictures and a video of my birth on my phone during the whole process she was always reassuring me that I was doing a good job, when I was over it and going crazy on everybody she handled me and everything that I came with very well! I honestly do not know what I would have done without her support in that delivery room. I'm talking about physical, mental, and emotional support! When I couldn't speak she spoke for me, she is a 10 out of 10 recommendation! If you need or want a doula, Khalilah is will go above and beyond for you to ensure you have the best birthing experience!
