Stephanie is a baby whisperer! Having her help me during my postpartum journey was the best decision for my healing, my mental health, my marriage, and my sleep! I looked forward to the nights she was coming and could count on some solid consecutive hours of sleep. She fostered and respected baby's and my breastfeeding relationship as well as helping troubleshoot any issues we were having. I would recommend Stephanie to anyone in the Richmond area who wants a professional and caring doula to help you thrive in your fourth trimester.

We had the privilege of having Stephanie as our postpartum doula for the first 6 weeks of Baby Adin's life. She was an absolute dream. She was super resourceful for postpartum care for myself and Baby including breastfeeding support, PT, chiropractor care for me and baby, etc. Stephanie took care of Adin so I could get some much needed rest at night. My husband and I looked forward to those nights she was there. It was hard telling her goodbye. 

I wish everyone had a postpartum doula like Stephanie. I would describe her like a good pair of spanx- great support in all the right places. My husband would say it was the best money we spent for baby.

As first-time parents, Stephanie was exactly what we needed to feel confident and supported as we embarked on our new journey into parenthood. We truly cannot imagine going through this exciting but stressful time without her. She was extremely informative and supportive, and continuously provided encouragement and reassurance throughout the process - even days she was not with our family. Her extensive network of postpartum professionals proved invaluable when we encountered some difficulty with nursing, connecting us to a fantastic lactation counselor.  We feel so fortunate to have worked with her and we would highly recommend her as a postpartum doula!

Stephanie was our postpartum doula after the birth of our second child. I wish everyone had access to Stephanie's services after giving birth. She's so kind and encouraging. Aside from the help with household work and her gentle (yet firm) way of telling me to sit down and rest, I just loved talking to her and getting all the newborn advice. I trusted Stephanie from the very beginning and that helped so much when I needed to get a quick nap or shower in and leave my son in good hands. Steph is just a amazing and we love her!

Stephanie helped our family with overnight care after we brought our twin boys home from the hospital. We had just moved, they were only a few weeks old and had spent some time in the NICU, so my husband and I were both exhausted and stressed. Stephanie arrived and I immediately felt at ease. She asked all of the right questions of how we prefer to care for them and she jumped right in. I never worried about them when Stephanie was in charge! She also helped keep our house tidy and in order which was extra appreciated. She also always offered to make us dinner or help with other things as needed. As a mother herself, Stephanie's nurturing and warm demeanor cannot be matched. I would highly reccommend her as a post-partum Doula.

Stephanie was so helpful to me and my family after the birth of our daughter. It was our first child so she was an excellent and non-judgmental resource for us to ask all of our questions.  On top of that she worked behind the scenes to make sure we had clean laundry and dishes!  She was always available even if she wasn't scheduled to be at our house and checked in on my mental and physical well-being and I felt like she truly cared.
