Carly was amazing and helped me in so many ways, more then I can put into words. But here I go, to try my best. I love the metaphor Mary Poppins bag, Carly kept pulling things out of her Doula bag to help me. I felt so supported and that she was really in tune with what I needed next. I wasn't in a state, to be coming up with ideas and asking for it. She was one step ahead, so I was able to relax and know she would take care of me in a supportive way. I had extra requests like getting pictures and videos. She was able to multitask and make that happen, with out me even realizing it. Until later when I saw them and cried with joy of how nice they turned out. I felt so special when she came for a home visit and brought a thoughtful unexpected gift for me and baby. I don't have family close by. Having Carly filled that spot for me. I feel so lucky to have had her at my birth and to make a new friend.

I couldn't recommend Carly enough for her doula services. I really don't know what I would have done without her. She's one of the sweetest people I have ever crossed paths with. It was a blessing to have her along side me during such an intense, emotional, and special event in my life. Carly went above and beyond when it came to support through calls/texts, recommendations, providing information for whatever questions I had, and making sure she was providing me with the support I needed customized to the person that I am. I felt heard and cared for throughout our meetings prior to birth and always instantly comfortable in her presence. She's a beam of light and truly there to add whatever she can to make your birth experience a positive one.

My husband and I were so fortunate to have Carly as our doula she is so lovely and caring I'm very grateful I had her help during my pregnancy and after my sons birth. She really went out of her way to make me feel well cared for and is so great at looking after my baby boy and giving helpful informative advice. She is also an amazing photographer!  We were so lucky to have her take our maternity photos and document that special moment for us. Carly really is a great doula I highly highly recommend her!

Carly was so helpful, knowledgeable and supportive in preparing me for the birth of my daughter. She came to doctor's appointments with me, brought healthy snacks, recommended informative birthing resources that I actually used/found helpful, and so much more. Her presence and demeanour are so kind and calming, and she is generally just a lovely person to be around. I would absolutely use her doula services again and recommend her to others!

I am so grateful for Carly. My home birth experience was truly magical, and I owe a large part of that to Carly. She was attentive and intuitive to my needs. She was always one step ahead, and yet I felt like I had the space I needed to follow my own rhythm. On top of that, she captured so many powerful photos and videos as a lasting reminder of the beauty that took place that day. She left us with a clean home, and continued loving support in any way needed. I highly recommend Carly!

Carly was wonderful.

I live on Salt Spring and had to birth off Island at a hospital. It was my 3rd baby and I had both a hospital and home birth experience before. Leaving my home to a place where I was very uncomfortable birthing and with almost no support was devastating to me.

I was put in touch with Carly to be part of my support team during this biryhing experience and I am SO GRATEFUL! 

Even just texting with her and the few phone calls at the beginning made me feel 100% better about the whole situation. I felt very supported.

She held space, and made time for me whenever I needed it, and was just such a blessing to have on my team ?
