We hired Elizabeth for doula support for birth. We talked and FaceTimed before birth but didn't meet in person until the day of. We instantly clicked and felt so comfortable having her there to be a support and advocate during labor. She is so skilled and knowledgeable in support during labor. She helped so much in keeping me calm and focused during contractions and also helped show my husband different ways he could support me as well. When some complications arose she helped me understand my options and supported me though those. Even our nurses at the hospital commented on how skilled and knowledgeable she is and had a student nurse watch to learn from her. I truly don't feel like I would have had such a positive birth experience (even with some unexpected complications) without Elizabeth there. She was such a wonderful support and I'm forever grateful she was our doula. I will always recommend her if you are looking for a calm, knowledgeable, loving and supportive doula.

My husband and I had an incredibly positive experience with Elizabeth during our childbirth prep course. This was an at home in-person visit that made us feel comfortable and well-informed. Elizabeth provided valuable insights about the birthing process that eased our anxieties. Her tips for labor positions and techniques were practical and incredibly helpful to help prepare us for the upcoming big day.
What stood out the most was her kindness and patience; she truly listened to our concerns, many questions, and tailored her support to fit our needs. My husband felt included every step of the way, which made the experience even more special for both of us. Overall, this course with Elizabeth was a wonderful source of knowledge and support. I am sure this will make our birth experience one we will always cherish. Highly recommend!

I found Elizabeth through a local facebook page when I was new the Houston area. She was super helpful in pointing me in the right direction of good hospitals to give birth in. I saw that she was a doula and I reached out to see if she would take us on! I moved to the area at 34 weeks pregnant so I was pretty far along in pregnancy already. Elizabeth provided a great class for us on child birth that really answered some of the questions I hadn't been able to get answers to from other more generic classes. She also checked in with me regularly when I was getting closer to birth. I went into labur about two days after the hurricane Beryl. We had not had power for several days and I think that started my labour. I went to the hospital at 4:00AM and Elizabeth met us there shortly after. She was an amazing resource and support during labour. This was my first pregnancy and she was able to walk me through hospital policies, how to make informed decisions and what to expect from nurses and doctors. She helped by giving good information on decisions and supported me through each contraction. She was personable and friendly and stayed through my whole 16 hour labour. Once our son was here she stayed for about an hour after and helped prepare us for what to expect now that the baby was here. She was an incredible support and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a knowledgable doula who goes above and beyond. She did a home visit with us after birth and checked in regulary via text as well. I can't say enough wonderful things as a first time mom who needed exactly the type of support that Elizabeth brought us.

If you're looking for a doula to help support you during pregnancy and birth, look no further - Elizabeth is outstanding. From the get-go, she was always just a text away. She is a wealth of knowledge, provides multiple services for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and is very reasonably priced. She also has one of the most soothing voices I've heard and I knew it would help to keep me calm during my labor. I personally ended up having to have a c-section due to medical reasons, but I don't regret hiring Elizabeth as a doula at all. She was amazing during my entire pregnancy and has continued to be so postpartum, and I feel so blessed to have had her support. You cannot go wrong with her. She truly cares about her clients and I now consider her a friend and not just my doula.

We were very nervous to bring our first baby into the world. We looked at many different option but ended up deciding to go with Elizabeth after looking at everything that she offered at a reasonable price. From day one, she was very accommodating and non judgemental with all of our questions/choices. We were able to meet with her prior to the birth 2 times to discuss our birth plan, stretches, and information that we had questions on. She was more than willing to meet us anywhere to do these meetings as well. She was also always a text away! For the birth experience she was very responsive as I was in labor through the night. She arrived at the hospital once I was in active labor and unfortunately labor slowed down for us. She stayed until it was time for our baby boy to arrive. In the many hours leading up she was a huge advocate for us at the hospital once we were exhausted and made sure that I was comfortable. Once I was pushing, we also got some amazing photos, videos, and guidance that we wouldn't have gotten otherwise. Following having him, we also had a postpartum visit to help with any after baby questions and/or to give mom a break. Overall we had an amazing experience and would recommend this doula, 110%.

Elizabeth is amazing. After two very hard births, I knew I was going to need help with my third baby. She was easy to work with and incredibly supportive my entire pregnancy. She asked me what I wanted my birth to look like and did everything she could to make that happen. From applying counter pressure during contractions to helping me make decisions while in labor, Elizabeth was everything I needed her to be and more. Once my baby was born, Elizabeth was right there snapping photos and making sure that the nurses and doctor were following my wishes! If you need someone who cares deeply about her clients, who is very knowledgeable, and not afraid to stand up for you, Elizabeth is the choice for you! I'm so incredibly thankful she was with me for my final pregnancy and birth.

Where do I begin. I want to express how great-full we are with Elizabeth for being part of this amazing experience! As first time parents we didn't know what to expect when it came to birth nor after. When the day came that I began to what I thought we're contractions. I immediately texted Elizabeth to let her know what was going on. She guided me through the whole process. My contractions were for about 26 hours When it was time to head to the birthing center, she was there at 6 am in the morning. She provided support during that time and was able to captured the most amazing pictures! I am so happy that she was part of this amazing experience. I was terrified of labor and Elizabeth and the whole birthing team did an amazing job putting all those emotions at ease. After birth she would still check to make sure everything was ok when I inform her I was having difficulties with breastfeeding she provided great information to help with the process. If baby number two comes later in the future I will definitely acquire Elizabeth and her services. Thank you Elizabeth for all you do!

Elizabeth was absolutely phenomenal! She went above in beyond for us and her kindness does not go unnoticed. The second she walked in, I felt so warm and as if I knew her my entire life. She truly loves what she does, and it shows in the way she carries herself. So so so glad I had her in the room to capture our daughter's first entrance into the world!

Our experience with Elizabeth was disappointing. I am a FTM and thought that a doula could be an asset during labor/delivery, so we hired Elizabeth and paid for her course. She wanted to wait to do the course until I was 36wks so I didn't forget the information. After the course, I felt ill prepared for labor because I was so far along and her course didn't cover much. She also double-booked herself. I was due at the end of December and another mom was due at the beginning of January. The other mom had her baby hours before I went to the hospital to have mine (6am). Elizabeth shared that she was with this mom for 30hrs and she wanted to go home and get some rest before coming back to be with me. My husband and I thought that was reasonable and agreed that she should get some sleep. She didn't come back until later that night when I had to ask her to come because I wanted her guidance. When she arrived at 5:20p she said "there isn't much you can do but wait" and she stood around answering random questions then sat on the couch until she went home a few hours later. I ended up having my son early the next morning (4:30am), approximately 5 hours after she went home. She missed my delivery completely even though my husband was texting her and telling her to get there when they checked me and things started to progress around 2am. The things that she did that I was thankful for was talking to the medical staff about getting me dinner (since I didn't eat all day), asking them if I could labor in the shower, and taking a handful of photos when she finally arrived after I had my son. While I am thankful for all of those things, they aren't worth the price we paid. I will probably never get a doula again.

I can't say enough great things about Elizabeth! Her calm and confident demeanor made her the perfect match for me. I was specifically interested in Elizabeth because of her VBAC experience. She checked in on me regularly, was available to answer questions, and she was available at the drop of a hat when my water broke at 11 PM. Elizabeth talked me through my 25 hour labor and changes to my birth plan. She was by my side through the last 8 hours of labor was crucial in helping me change positions to get baby into the right position. Our baby boy was born at 12:01 AM on New Years Day and Elizabeth was prepared with the cutest New Years photo op. She also took amazing pics that we will cherish forever. I achieved a successful VBA2C because of Elizabeth! Highly recommend!

Elizabeth provided much needed comfort and support during my pregnancy and through labor. She was always just a text or phone call away when I had a question or concern. I highly recommend every woman get the opportunity to have a doula assist their birth for that extra help and reassurance needed as a first time mom. To all future moms, I highly recommend using Elizabeth as your birth doula!

Elizabeth was a great support system throughout my pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum. She had a wealth of knowledge and answered every question thoroughly. Elizabeth provided my husband and I with birth classes, checklists, and informational sheets to have handy during labor.
During labor, Elizabeth used comfort measures to keep my comfortable throughout my contractions and different positions to help baby descend.
During our postpartum period, Elizabeth followed up multiple times ensuring that baby and I were adjusting well. When I reached out letting her know we were having trouble breastfeeding, she came over that night and assisted us. I highly recommend having Elizabeth on your birth team!

Elizabeth was easy to communicate with, very supportive of my birth plan, open to all questions, and just an overall kind person. I'm thankful that our paths crossed & she was the doula who helped me navigate my first birth. She was extremely supportive with both my birth plan & breastfeeding journey when others in my support system were not. Elizabeth helped boost my confidence and provide a solid support in all aspects that I needed and she never made me feel like I was asking any dumb questions or that my feelings/thoughts were not valid. She did an amazing job capturing special moments during the birth that I'll always cherish. I would absolutely recommend Elizabeth for a doula and if I planned on having more children, I would absolutely request her help again!

I hired Elizabeth as the doula for the birth of our first child. I had had a difficult pregnancy, and needed someone who knew the process from a knowledge perspective (I knew enough to know how much I didn't know) and for support during the pregnancy advocation, birth and postpartum process.
During pregnancy, Elizabeth was my sounding board and voice of sanity in the slew of medical appointments, and from a medical perspective - feeling like I was never doing enough of the right things. She helped me feel grounded in a way that my husband, as supportive and loving as he is, wasn't able to. She knew from experience what mattered and what didn't. What to focus on and what to let roll off your shoulders. She provided a birth class for my husband and I which helped us both understand what to expect, no matter the outcome.
I had a planned induction at 39 weeks, and Elizabeth came to the hospital right around the time pitocin contractions were ramping up, dilation had stalled, and the epidural had stopped working. She provided not only an emotional break for my husband, but a fresh viewpoint and perspective in the room where we were all worn down and tired. She helped move my body into labor positions, helped me breathe through contractions, and basically stay sane. She stayed with us until 1am, and I know she would have stayed longer had I not assured her that progress wouldn't go much further for at least 12 hours.
After birth, Elizabeth came to our house to drop by to see how I was doing, answer any open questions we had, and provide general support in whatever way we needed. She really provides a full circle service through pregnancy to postpartum, and both my husband and I cannot recommend her enough should you need a support person, listening ear, or help understanding things from a medical perspective. She brings a level of sanity and security to what can otherwise be an overwhelming and heavy childbirth process.

I just gave birth to our third baby and Elizabeth was a wonderful doula. We scheduled a consult with her at around 18 weeks and instantly felt at ease. I didn't feel the need to interview any other doulas. We chose to do the birth only package since we felt we didn't need anything extra due to it being our third child. Elizabeth was still amazing with checking in on me frequently throughout the pregnancy. I had to be induced for the first time due to a medical condition and it was so nice to have someone there who had experience with inductions. The labor and delivery went smoothly and she was an amazing support (and distraction)!

After my first c-section birth experience, I wanted to find a doula who has worked with moms desiring a vbac which led me to meeting Elizabeth. Although the majority of my second pregnancy had no issues, I developed mild hypertension towards the end of 39 weeks gestation. After checking in to L&D triage at my hospital, we decided it was best to begin induction of labor. Elizabeth provided so much support by phone and later in person during my 54 hours of labor in the hospital. Although I did not experiece the VBAC that I desired, Elizabeth's presence at the hospital during my labor provided so much peace, physically and emotionally. She also took the time to pray for me before I was taken to the operating room. I highly recommend her as doula because she is encouraging and reminds you of your strength in the moments when you don't believe in yourself. I am very grateful to have met her and be her client.

When we found out we were pregnant we began our information gathering phase. We were overwhelmed with everything out there and knew we could benefit from someone with more experience and who was trained to walk along side those who are in this season. We heard about Elizabeth through a local class she was hosting and had her over for a consultation. We instantly were at ease with her personality and warm demeanor. She was easy to talk to and knowledgeable. My husband remarked that he was a little unsure about hiring a doula but wanted to do what I felt was most helpful. He said he wouldn't want to go through the process again without Elizabeth. She was excellent from beginning to end and we are so thankful for her kindness and service to our family.

Elizabeth came recommended by a friend late in my pregnancy after I'd contemplated a VBAC for many months. I wanted to find a doula with both personal and professional relatability for labor support. She was always available to communicate and answer my questions. Elizabeth was open to supporting my birth despite so many unknowns being involved, down to the day I went into labor. She arrived at the hospital once my labor took on a quick progression and I was never so relieved to see someone! She has the most calming, reassuring, warm presence. Her love for all things birth is strong and I couldn't of been happier to have chosen her to support mine!

We are so glad we finally picked Elizabeth as our doula! She was very knowledgeable and always quick to respond, even while in the middle of game 6 of the World Series lol. Most of all she was constantly reassuring and supporting me the whole time even now through postpartum. When my anxiety got too much she knew exactly what I needed to hear each time. When we had our visits I never felt rushed and she would just listen and let me vent and ask question for what felt like hours. When my labor and delivery didn't go how we planned at all she calmly adapted along with us. Through all the decisions we had to make she was the best soundboard we could've asked for. I'm so thankful we ended up choosing Elizabeth as our doula she was pivotal to our whole pregnancy/L&D/postpartum experience and I'm glad I didn't do it all without her!

I was told “you will never regret hiring a doula, but you will regret not having one” and that statement couldn’t be more true! I genuinely don’t know what my birth would of been like without Elizabeth. She was incredibly tentative to me and somehow stayed relax during our high stress situation when my birth didn’t go as planned. She truly persevered with us for over 15 hours and kept my husband and I reassured that every decision we came across was the right one. I highly recommend Elizabeth, especially if it’s your first birth like mine. We don’t know what we would of done without her and we’re forever grateful for her endless birth support!

I was hesitant about hiring a doula as my pregnancy was more or less smooth as could be. Since this was my first child, I decided it would be a good idea to have someone as my advocate and to help guide me in the unknown. Fast forward, nothing about my l&d went as planned, and I couldn't have done it without Elizabeth! She was a solid sounding board through a ton of decisions, stayed with us for the longest labor, encouraged us, supported me physically and emotionally and never let the changing situation bother her. After our daughter was born my husband and I recounted many parts of our long and somewhat traumatic birth experience and the one thing we repeated over and over was we gave no idea how we would have done it without Elizabeth. Couldn't be more grateful to have her as part of our birthing team.

From the moment Elizabeth and I started talking/texting, and me just asking her a million questions gathering information on what a doula was and if I really wanted to use one - she was so informative and reassuring on all my labor/delivery worries. I was carrying as a surrogate, so I knew this pregnancy and birth would be different. Meeting her in person months before delivery, convinced me even more that I wanted her by my side. She had such a calming presence, confidence about her knowledge and love for pregnancy and birth, and I knew that's what I wanted in my delivery room! The weeks and days leading up to delivery, I had so many questions and random thoughts I felt like I was overloading her with, but she was always there instantly full of support, reassurance and clearly a love for what she's doing! Having Elizabeth there by my side during labor and delivery was the biggest help for me. What could have been a hectic and stressful day, she kept calm. She had the right touch, the right words, the constant uplifting reassurance all exactly when I needed it - and I can't forget the beautiful pictures she was able to capture!!! I am now 2 days postpartum and she is still full of so much love and support, helping me navigate emotions and breast pumping. I will forever be thankful to have met her and her to have been part of my journey!!

We had such a great experience with Elizabeth! This was my third baby and I'd never used a doula before. COVID restrictions only allowed us one support person and a certified doula. I require a medical induction and Elizabeth handled this so well. She loaned me books from her library, came to our home to teach a class and make a birth plan, and attended an OB appointment with me. She was in constant contact in the weeks before my induction and made herself available to me for any concerns I had. This was by far my best labor experience and I could not have done it without her. She gave my husband confidence and advice to be a hands on partner. She has skilled massage hands and helped me cope through pitocin contractions. I had a medical emergency at the end of my delivery and she stepped out of the way so staff could care for me and she stayed with our baby to ensure my birth plan wishes were honored. If we were having more I wouldn't go to the hospital without her! She's made a true believer in doula work of my husband who's already recommended her to some folks. We couldn't speak more highly of her and are grateful for her expertise.

I heard about Elizabeth through another mom and I immediately reached out after learning that Elizabeth was a VBAC mom herself. Although I found her later on in my pregnancy- her support, guidance and wisdom was invaluable and helped me achieve my dream birth!
Elizabeth is professional but so relatable and down to earth. She was always there to listen without judgement, was knowledgeable about where to turn for resources, and was a constant source of encouragement when all hope was lost.
One thing that Elizabeth makes clear from day one is her commitment to this job and the families she works with. She truly cares about each of her clients on a personal level. She was extremely responsive to texts and emails and always had clear communication. When she came to our house to do a birthing class, she individualized it according to our specific needs to include VBAC and induction topics and even had a list of ways for big sister to help after I asked Elizabeth to involve her a little bit in the course. After the course my husband said it was the perfect refresher to remind him of what we learned with our first and put him in the right frame of mind for the upcoming birth.
Because our baby came unexpectedly early, Elizabeth wasn't able to attend our birth due to planned vacation but I knew she was there in spirit. I channeled her positivity, rocked my VBAC and she remained a constant resource in the days after delivery. I would highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking for a doula to add to their support team during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum.

Elizabeth is a wealth of knowledge and absolutely has a heart to help others and to educate them! She's spent countless hours researching about birth, post partum, and breastfeeding and is always willing to share! She was an amazing person so have in my corner during my last pregnancy! So thankful for her knowledge and heart for mommas!

Elizabeth was present, compassionate, helpful and professional from the beginning to the end of my pregnancy and then on into postpartum. She was always quick to answer my list of questions and had a wealth of resources to share when I needed them. She has found her calling as an amazing doula. I could not have made it through a difficult pregnancy, delivery of a 10 pound baby and some issues with postpartum without Elizabeth. Everyone needs a compassionate doula in their corner and I am forever grateful I had Elizabeth in mine!
