Labor Support Includes: • 24/7 on-call availability starting at 38 weeks • Unlimited phone, text, and email support throughout pregnancy • 1–3 prenatal visits (as scheduling allows) to prepare for birth and postpartum • Continuous attendance at your labor and birth • Immediate postpartum support for up to two hours at your place of birth • One postpartum home visit (1–2 hours) to nurture your transition • Reliable backup coverage from my trusted team of professional doulas in the rare event I am unavailable I would be honored to walk alongside you during this expansive season of life. When it comes to planning for an upcoming birth, you might be asking yourself, should I hire a doula? It’s a resounding YES! The hands of fate delivered Caroline to our family and it was an instant bond. Her presence was one of grounded impermanence; exactly the support we needed to prepare for the unknown ahead. As a second time birthing person, you’d think I’d be more prepared, but I had some unresolved trauma from my first birth. There was a lot to unpack, discuss, feel, and Caroline proved she was more than a wealth of information, but a true open heart to MY healing. I found her continued support throughout the last few weeks of pregnancy, Invaluable. An unexpected change in my birth plan and subsequent hospital visit was another hurdle, but having Caroline come meet me and make decisions together made me feel confident in moving forward. At the delivery, Caroline jumped right in to encourage, hold, help, bring comfort in any capacity she could. I felt like we had the dream team at our birth! I distinctly remember her calm voice, encouraging me to ground my feet. She knew exactly what I needed to hear to bring me back to my center. I know her presence throughout my pregnancy, shaped our birthing experience for the better!
