Ashley at Full Circle Birth and Family is an outstanding doula, friend, and human. When we first met, I had so many questions for her. She was all ears, an excellent and organized planner, and highly professional. I knew right away she was the match for me as a first time mom. We had recently moved to the area and Ashley shared openly in ways that brought us closer in trust - something that is so important for someone helping you in your birthing space. Fast forward to my home birth, which was quickly intense. I wanted her there right away and she arrived within minutes to my house to help us, showing my husband how to give counterpressure and helping me through contractions. I felt safe because she was there. I had set my space up just as I imagined it: pool, twinkle lights, candles, flowers, Christian hypnobirthing tracks playing - a dream she had me draw and describe that we turned into a reality. 5 hours later, my little baby girl arrived perfectly in the tub, calm and alert. I never feared because of the preparation I did on my own and with Ashley, and knowing she was there and helping to support my husband to support me was wonderful. Her presence allowed the midwives to do their jobs and she could focus on me. Please do not hesitate to hire Ashley. You will be so grateful she is there for you!

Ashley was great and extremely flexible. Her down to earth persona made me feel at ease right away. When calming my newborn she was patient and spoke to her with respect and understanding. She was also very attentive to me while healing from my c section, fetching me what ever I needed from around my room, and advocating my needs to nurses.I would highly recommend her for anyone who needs support after birth or placenta services.

Words cannot do justice to what an amazing support Ashley was for me and my family prenatally, during labor, and postpartum. She took the time to build a relationship with our family prenatally, was an absolute godsend during labor, and a wonderful emotional support during the postpartum period. She is a wealth of knowledge and resources and goes above and beyond to make her clients feel prepared, safe, and supported. Additionally, she is so prepared, organized, and responsive; I knew I could count on her to answer any questions I had. Hiring Ashley as my doula was the best decision I made and our community is so lucky to have her as a resource.
