Diane has been an absolute godsend for our family. I lost my own mother many years ago, and was so scared to become a parent without her here to guide me. Fortunately we found Diane! From week one she has been my support, my counselor, my helper and the most calming, reassuring presence in our home. She helped me through the early days of post-partum recovery, taught us how to do basic things like bathe a baby, took care of little one so I could get some sleep, connected me to lactation consultants and local resources, and even helped around the home! She is so knowledgeable about babies and especially about sleep! She has been coaching us from the beginning and I give Diane total credit for the fact that our baby has slept through the night since 3 months old! She is truly a wonderful person - I trust her implicitly and feel so excited for the future families who have an opportunity to work with her.

When my husband and I had our second baby, we already had a 16 month old daughter and a 7 month old puppy we were struggling to manage with no help. It was also the highest surge of covid cases since the beginning of the pandemic. It was a very stressful time to say the least. Diane brought a true sense of calm and warmth to our house when she was here, and she gave us encouragement that lasted through the days when she wasn't. She helped us come up with strategies for managing each of our 3 little ones and their differing needs. When she first started working with us, my toddler was not sleeping in her own room. She took close to 2 hours to fall asleep and would end up in our bed, which made it even more challenging coping with a newborn's nighttime feeding schedule. Diane helped us to get our toddler sleep trained. She now sleeps in her crib for a consistent 12 hour period, which has dramatically improved the sleep of our whole household and is something that was hard to imagine a few months ago. We all love Diane and have learned so much from her. I am only disappointed that my postpartum period is coming to an end and we will all miss seeing her every week!

We've met Diane while she was presenting a workshop for expecting parents organized by my employer. We followed 3 workshops and the one presented by Diane was by far the most practical and useful. She was presenting how to take care of a baby during the first months, what to purchase with products reviews, how to organize our home, all important things instead of theory, developments, etc..! As immigrants, our parents living abroad could not travel with the pandemic to help us, and one of my colleagues recommended me to search for a postpartum doula! We contacted Diane right after the workshop to ask if she could help us and this was THE BEST action we've ever made! Diane arrived a few hours right after we left the hospital, she knew and felt anything we need, she told us to get rest to rejuvenate while she was taking care of our baby and organizing the house for the first day. For the next following days, she took care both of my wife and me, and our baby.  When we got more energy, she taught us our take care of the baby, showing all the time with experiences what to do in any situation, it was like a long workshop but Diane was so nice that we felt she was like a family member to us! Any time we were asking questions, she shared all, showed us, and was constantly investigating on books and online to see if new methods or products were released reading everything and digesting it, with this strategy she was all the time sharing cutting edge knowledge to us! Also, she has a grandson a few weeks older than our son and was sharing all the coming milestones she experienced with her grandson as well as products her daughter tried. Besides taking of our baby, and sharing how to take care of our baby, she was running the whole house, organizing the house the best way for us, doing housekeeping, and preparing so tasty meals/desserts for us! Diane became a very good friend and like family! We are so grateful for her invaluable help during the 4 months!

Having a newborn in the middle of a pandemic with our parents being far away... I have no idea how we would have managed it all without Diane. Not only she helped us with our newborn son, but she also taught us how to take care of him - from the first bath to setting up proper napping and feeding schedule to getting ready for our first vacation as a family with a baby.

Diane's knowledge and experience are immense, and she generously shared them with us all while being very kind and caring.
