Laurel was our postpartum doula for both of my kids. She was a great help in household tasks, getting us more sleep, and helping me while I physically recovered from my c-sections. Nighttime help was essential in improving my postpartum experiences after major abdominal surgery. Don't hesitate get the support you need!

Laurel supported us postpartum as we were navigating a difficult period. She was extremely helpful, supporting us overnight and offering a calming and supportive presence when we needed it most. She helped talk through various feeding options and was a great listener, helping us with this new journey. Our baby quickly relaxed with her and she offered great advice.

Laurel was of course fantastic with our baby daughter Rosaline, but beyond that, she was great with us as first time parents. She made us feel more confident in taking care of her, in everything from soothing techniques to proper car seat positioning of the baby, and beyond. So much so that we continued to work with her as a sleep consultant, and in general keep in touch with her simply because she's wonderful to have in our and our daughters lives.

Laurel was a lifesaver for our family when our son was born. 

Our son was not sleeping, had a lip and tongue tie and after months of me getting less than 5hrs sleep a night and ultimately crying to my son's pediatrician, we knew it was time for help. 

Laurel was an answer to our prayers. 

She was very communicative and easy to coordinate with. She was great with our son, watching him while I got some desperately needed sleep. While he napped, she would do laundry or help prep meals for the week. But it went well beyond that... she helped make lactation cookies to boost my milk supply, researched different nursing positions to help my son eat, gave us tips on sleep best practices, taught us all about wake windows and even adjusted his car seat when he had outgrown the newborn adjustments. We are better parents because of her.

I wish everyone could have a Laurel. I can only hope she is available if we ever have a second child!
