Kiera was incredible from the start! I reached out to her prior to 20weeks, and got established with her! She provided classes for me to take at my own pace which were super informative! The birth experience was pure bliss. Kiera was incredible present, hands on and knowledgeable. She helped to ground me when I felt I couldn't continue. She taught my husband how to apply counter pressure and created such a calm and peaceful environment. This was our third baby, and our first time using a doula. I couldn't imagine doing birth without a doula. Such an incredible experience. Since having our son she's been great with lactation support and just checking on me in general! I'd recommend Kiera to anybody!!

Kiera was brought into my life at the perfect moment. Serving as both my birth and postpartum doula, she provided me with the empowerment, nurture and support that I needed. Kiera eased my anxiety and made me believe that I could really do it, pushing through all of my fears and sitting with me through all of my discomfort. Postpartum, Kiera's lactation expertise was invaluable. She helped reassure me and sat with me while I made lifechanging decisions. She made me feel like I was always doing the right thing and with my postpartum anxiety, I needed that validation more than anything. I couldn't recommend Kiera enough and I am so grateful for her.

Kiera is wonderful to work with. She is so supportive and she is quick to put your mind at ease. I didn't have her with my first, but with my second. She had colic, and I have a thyroid disorder. I would not still be breastfeeding if it were not for Kiera. She is so informative and encouraging. She is the "village" that helps new moms. I cannot say enough good things.

Kiera is the perfect combination of true professional and personal supporter. She simultaneously thought of everything and was so much fun to be around. My birth did not go as I hoped, but with her help I was prepared and well supported. She empowered me and my husband to advocate while in the hospital. I felt she actually cared about every peice of our puzzle and has remained in touch over a year after my son was born. I am thankful for her help and support that guided me through my first birth.

Kiera was amazing! She was so calm and understanding and helpful. I’ve had so many negative experiences with lactation consultants and Kiera turned that around! She did not demand any extremes, reminded me that my mental health is important to consider, and actually offered solutions. My baby was not transfer milk even though she had a great match so I had to rebuild my supply and we are back to nursing a week after my consultation with Kiera! She would check in on me and offer me encouragement and suggestions. I’m so happy I found Kiera!! I thought my breastfeeding journey was done and she helped save it. THANK YOU!!!

You will not regret having Kiera as your doula! She made me feel heard, supported the decisions I wanted to make around my birth plan, and was there in the first few weeks for all the “is this normal?!” questions I had once my daughter was born. Kiera is a wealth of knowledge and helped me to make informed decisions. She will be your advocate, your biggest cheerleader, your sounding board, and all around go-to person with your birth.
