I do a minimum of 2 prenatal appointments, on call from the moment we sign the contract and 50% of the deposit is collected, 2-3 hours of after birth postpartum care to prepare you for breastfeeding and what to expect in the postpartum, and 1 postpartum visit after you are discharged from hospital/birth center or 1-2 weeks after a home birth. My package also includes a yoga ball, loaner TENS unit, gift bag, and unlimited text/call/virtual support as needed. I tailor my support to you based on your needs, so let's chat and get to know each other!
