Post a testimonial for Briana Smith

My partner and I, first-time parents, could not write a more glowing review of Briana!! The topline: if you have the opportunity to work with Briana to support your family, don't think twice.
Briana has been a consummate professional from the moment we met her via zoom call to learn more about her approach and services through spending late nights with us week over week. Briana is responsive, punctual, resourceful, a clear communicator, and highly competent in nurturing newborns and their families. Beyond her professionalism, Briana clearly brings her heart and soul to this work.
Thanks to Briana, we learned so much in the first six weeks of our newborn's life, from using the right app to track feeding, sleeping, etc. to observing our baby's behaviors to understand and manage growth periods. Briana shared thoughtful notes and recommendations to help with our baby's sleep, breastfeeding, pumping, making schedules and more.
She is truly a baby expert, drawing on her significant experience and also always demonstrating an open, thoughtful, non-judgmental attitude - so critical as we have been learning how to be new parents! "Oh, one other thing Briana said" has become a common moniker in our home.
There's also so much about Briana that goes beyond her expertise. As we have also been going through our own growing pains of being new parents, Briana has warmly coached my partner and me, like a close sister who just happens to have a baby magic touch. Countless times, a hug and words of encouragement from Briana helped both of us feel like we are on the right track. Her compassion is far above the call of duty, something that is invaluable. We are beyond grateful to have started parenthood with Briana by our side, and recommend her with the utmost confidence to anyone searching for postpartum family support.
