Postpartum limits/restrictions: I am a Holistic postpartum doula and my services are centered on the physical, mental and emotional recovery needs of the new parents and particularly the parent who has given birth. My services can include: hands on postpartum and newborn care education and feedback, help with establishing infant feeding, mental wellness support and resources, postpartum care and rituals like herbal baths, yoni steaming, belly binding, closing the bones, mother roasting, postpartum meal prep and birth story processing. My goal is for you to have the postpartum experience you want, need and deserve. No cats, please.
