I truly don’t know how to put into words the depth of gratitude I feel for Judy and the role she played in my birth journey. From the very beginning, she brought a calming, reassuring energy that made me feel safe, seen, and supported. She was a steady presence — always available to answer questions, offer encouragement, and remind me of my strength. Her knowledge and experience were invaluable, but it was her warmth and compassion that made the biggest impact.

During labor, she was everything I didn’t even know I needed. She offered comfort, strength, and grounding when things felt overwhelming. She knew when to step in, when to offer a kind word, and when to simply hold space. She was truly an extraordinary part of one of the most important days of my life. I will carry her support with me forever.

If there is one thing I would do again in a heartbeat, it would be hiring Judy White as my birth and postpartum doula. I am a first-time mom with unforeseen birth complications, and Judy helped me navigate the most important -- and most tumultuous! -- days of my life. She was there for me before going into labor, with visits for breastfeeding prep, home setup, & meeting our dog. At the hospital, she was a lifesaver for me and my husband, respectfully advocating for our preferences, asking informed questions, and empowering us to make informed in-the-moment decisions. After birth, she visited our home several times to work through early breastfeeding challenges, check in on our mental health, help us otherwise adjust to our transformed life, and refer us to her extensive network of specialists where needed. Judy is now like family to us, and I can't recommend her highly enough. Please consider her -- you won't regret it!

Judy is kind, caring, and full of baby knowledge. As a first time mom, it really helped having someone guide me through the first few days of motherhood. I was also able to get some much needed rest while Judy looked after my baby overnight. She loves what she does and it really shows! If you're thinking about booking her, don't hesitate. Just book her! You won't regret it!

Judy is AMAZING! We were so overwhelmed after our son was born - he had terrible reflux and struggled so much with sleep - and Judy cared for him as though he were her own. She was so loving with our son but also with us. She provided so much comfort to me postpartum when I was really struggling to adapt to motherhood. She truly is passionate about this work. She was incredibly helpful with other supports around the house (bottles and baby laundry pile up so fast!) and engaged our son in tummy time and other developmental supports. Anyone would be lucky to have her on their postpartum journey. Book in advance - she is always in demand!

The BEST decision we made as we prepared to welcome our first child. We leveraged the Maven benefit through my employer to hire a doula and our stars aligned with Judy’s. After an introductory video chat we booked Judy for our January due date and proceeded to have 2 in person visits for education and birth prep prior to delivery. We kept in touch in the meantime via text and appreciated Judy’s gentle and compassionate check ins. She supported me physically and emotionally leading up to L&D and forged an instant bond with my husband, dog and me.

Judy truly feels like a trusted and beloved family member. We went into labor at 7pm on a Thursday night and Judy remained in contact with me until we checked into the hospital at 3am. She was there once we checked in and stayed by our side through 4 hours of labor and pushing; advocating for our birth plan, helping me change positions for laboring/pushing, and working so seamlessly with the care team of nurses and doctors. The delivery room felt like a party of friends— we had music and essential oils and acupressure. She stayed with us three for a little while after birth ensuring that we got the skin to skin and lactation support we needed to start of strong. My husband, daughter and I are endlessly grateful for Judy’s physical and emotional support.

We worked with Judy for postpartum support as well and have already benefitted from her support with breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding and advocating for baby girl.

You will be in experienced, trusting and compassionate hands if you choose to work with Judy.

I was someone with a high level of fear surrounding pregnancy and birth, but with Judy’s support I walked away feeling like the best decisions were made for me and my baby and proud of myself for how I handled labor. Her interactions with the staff at the hospital made me feel comfortable during a vulnerable experience. Judy also brings a CLC certification and knowledge of how to support breastfeeding which is an asset postpartum. I highly recommend Judy!

Judy was such a helpful resource for us after having our baby girl! She provided great care, helped with getting me started with pumping and a feeding plan, and was wonderful company! She even cooked us some tasty freezer meals. Highly recommend her!
