It wasn't until late in my pregnancy, as my due date was approaching, that I learned the benefits of working with a doula. My self confidence was low and finding a doula seemed like a great way to build the support I needed. We found Brooke through doulamatch and I couldn't be more happy with our experience. She is a great resource for not only labor and birth, but prenatal and postpartum. Brooke supported our decisions throughout the process and made me feel empowered and confident. She was able to work with my care team during labor to avoid an emergency C-section, something I know I wouldn't have been able to do without her. She will always be a part of our daughter's story and I would recommend her services to anyone. Her presence was truly a gift.

Brooke was an amazing addition to our birth team.  She took the time to sit down with us before the birth to go over our wishes and birth plan, and she helped guide us with any questions or concerns we had as first time parents.  She was there for the entire delivery process to be a help for both my husband and I.  She knew what I needed without having to ask, and she helped my husband find ways to help even when he felt helpless.  We were so grateful to have Brooke with us for the delivery of our son, and we would definitely recommend her services to anyone looking for a doula.
