As a Certified Birth Doula, I provide emotional, physical, and informational support before and throughout labor and birth. As a Certified Postpartum Doula, my focus shifts to supporting you and your family after your baby arrives. The postpartum period can bring significant physical, emotional, and practical adjustments, and you should not have to navigate them without support. As a Certified Lactation Specialist, I provide individualized feeding education and support based on your family’s goals—whether you choose breastfeeding, pumping, bottle-feeding, combination feeding, or a combination that changes over time. Having experience across birth, postpartum, and lactation allows me to provide continuity of care—from preparing for your baby’s arrival, to supporting you through labor and birth, to helping your family settle into life at home.
