Mental wellness, sexuality, gender, neurodiversity, and disability support as a peer mentor and advocate. I proudly identify as queer, trans, genderfluid, non-monogamous, and neurodivergent! Pronouns: they/them/he
I intentionally offer sliding scale rates for those at multiple intersections of identities, or for those who may not be able to afford my full rate but would still like to access my services. To assess where you land on the scale, here are a few factors to take into consideration: If you are Black, Indigenous, or a person of colour and experience racism and/or systemic oppression If you identify as queer/trans and experience any related discrimination If you are Disabled and/or neurodivergent and experience any related discrimination If you are eligible for public assistance If you experience occupational discrimination, are not working, and/or are an unpaid community worker I will not ask you to explain your circumstances or assume your situation, and trust that you will appropriately place yourself where you see fit in regards to payment.

El was literally a lifesaver during my postpartum journey. As a clueless first-time mom, I was so grateful to have them around to lend a hand with household chores, nursing, and taking care of my little one. They even hooked me up with some amazing community resources and helped me score free or low-cost baby essentials, which was a total game-changer as a young, solo mom. My son was having the hardest time napping, but El was able to give me some solid tips on how to get him to sleep, and they'd even take him for strolls while I caught some Z's or showered. They're seriously the most caring and compassionate person, and I'm obsessed - I highly recommend them to anyone who needs postpartum support.
